Presentation & Demonstration Space Essentials
• All porches/verandas suitable for presentation space have electricity
• Some porches have capacity for seating on the porch others don’t
– Those that don’t will have seating on the ground at foot of steps
• All buildings have electricity
• Two buildings have indoor seating for presentations/group demonstrations
• Individual rooms/spaces are available in buildings for demonstrations, procedures
• Entire houses/buildings available, but there’s limited availability – as sponsors have 1st priority
• No room assignments available to made until three weeks before event
• You tell us what you want to do and we will assign appropriate space
