Getting here By bus
If you’re travelling by public transport, there are several buses to choose from. Below are the routes that depart from Slussen: 409, 410, 411, 413, 414, 422, 443 C, 471
By car
Drive by Värmdöleden, road 222, exit to Nacka C. At the moment, we have fewer parking spaces. The entrances to our parking garage is located by Vikdalsvägen, Skvaltans väg and Koralvägen. Parking is free of charge for 3 hours a day. Loyalty members park free of charge after 6 pm and the whole weekend.
By boat
Make the journey to Nacka Forum memorable and seize the opportunity to cross Saltsjö-Mälarsnittet and enjoy beautiful Stockholm by boat. Nacka Strand is sited just a short walk from Nacka Forum and many boats dock here all days of the week. For more information contact SL, Strömma Kanalbolag and Rederi Stockholms Ström.

We’ve left no stone unturned in making your shopping experience even better. The exhaustive work has included completing a checklist of 571 points, including Nacka-Nallen’s play area, a loyalty card with a lot of offers, a reception where you can get help and charging points for your mobile.
This has made us the first shopping centre in the Nordic region to achieve a four-star quality rating. The inspection was carried out by SGS, one of the world’s leading companies in auditing and certification. But those four stars also carry responsibilities. We are continuing to work on ensuring that Nacka Forum meets all your expectations. Please let us know if there is any area where you think we could do better.

Reception desk
Here you can get help, buy gift cards. Close to the reception you can also find our NAKI-stations where you can charge your mobile phone. Located on level 1, info@ nackaforum.se.
Play area
On level 2 you’ll find Nacka Forum’s own mascot and a play area with a slide, games and other cool stuff and outside on Forumvägen you’ll find Nacka-Nallens playground.
Parking
We provide 1750 lluminated parking spaces in a heated garage and 3 hours free parking per day for all visitors. For the members of our loyalty club we also provide parking free of charge after 6 pm and the whole weekend. We also have 78 charging points for your electric car.
Health care
Nacka Forum has doctors and health professionals for physiotherapists, vaccination centres, a children’s health centre, midwives, specialist doctors and a youth clinic.
Toilets & baby lounge
You can find our free toilets on level 0 and level -1. Nearby, there is also a baby lounge with access to amenities such as a changing table and microwave.
