Portable, battery powered spray gun and softwash system The first battery operated spray gun with continuous jet in the world. Our spray gun allows pulverization of any liquid product or low pressure cleaning simply by immersing the hose and its suction strainer in any container. Every part of the spray gun in contact with the product is made of brass or plastic used in the industry (no parts made of aluminium).

The joints of the ScandiJet Pro are made of Viton and the nozzles are made of PP and POM, which makes the spray gun compatible with every pulverizable liquid.

Flowrate is controlled by the trigger, providing a continuous jet and facilitating the application of chemicals.

You can also adapt every soda bottle with a standard neck in order to use small quantities of product or even homemade preparations. With its continuous jet and incomparable mist nozzle, ScandiJet Pro is very economical, using 3 to 4 times less liquid.

Last but not least, the concentrated jet nozzle supplied with the spray gun allows you to spray to a height of 9 meters, reaching the top of trees and roofs easily and safely. You can remove the moss on your roof without climbing.

The lightness of the device and the continuous power provided by the battery makes every work on heights safe and easy.

USER MANUAL - READ BEFORE USE SCANDIJET PRO - POSSIBLE APPLICATIONS The spray gun is used by thousands of contractors to apply cleaning solutions, sealants, stains, water repellents, mildewcides, insecticides and hundreds of other products.

Our unique composition of Viton, polypropylene, polyoxymethylene and polyvinyl chloride make it one of the most versatile spraying systems on the market.

WARRANTY INFORMATION NAC Europe warrantees the ScandiJet Pro spray gun for two years, and the batteries for 6 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects or faulty components.

This warranty does not cover part failure due to non compliance with operating instructions, normal wear, or tool abuse.

Deficient parts or units will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of NAC Europe.

Suitable for applying almost any type of cleaning solutions, including products that contain solvents, peroxide, hydrochloric acid, d-limonene, sodium hypochlorite up to 10%, chlorine up to 20%.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INTRODUCTIONS Be cautious of your surroundings while using this device. Use safety gloves, protective masks, and protective glasses while using the spray gun.

IMPORTANT WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED IF THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED • D uring use, always use the provided filter to prevent debris from clogging the pump.

• O nly use the batteries and charger provided with your ScandiJet Pro spraygun.

• Do not put the spray gun down when the bottle is full.

• W hen batteries are not being used, kaeep them away from any metal objects i.e. paper clips, coins,keys, nails, or screws.

• Chlorine is used diluted to 20%.

• D o not use thinners, gasoline, paint removers, solvents, acetone, paints, varnishes, hydraulic fluids, alkalis or concentrated acids.

• A fter use, rinse out the spray gun and tips by spraying 4 liters of water (approximately 2 minutes) through the pump, and then empty the spray gun completely (no liquid should be left in the pump).

• R emove batteries after charging and unplug the battery charger when not in use.

• Do not open the battery - risk of short circuit.

• K eep the battery charger, batteries and gun motor dry at all times to avoid damage or electrical shock.

• T o limit all hazards, do not expose the battery to heat, frost or moisture.

• W hen damaged, liquid can leak from the battery, avoid contact with the substance. In the case of an accidental contact, clean with water. If the fluid gets into your eyes immediately rinse with water and seek medical assistance.

• Never store the batteries fully discharged (minimum 14V voltage on the battery).

HOW TO CHARGE THE BATTERY Only the included charger fits Lithium-ion batteries ref. 2000 2022-2. It has protection against short circuits, which in case of problems automatically stop charging.

1) Charge the battery by following the directions on the battery chargers label. Always fully charge the battery before the first use. Note: The initial charge of the battery can take longer than an hour.

2) When the charger is on, the green light stays on and blinks when the battery is inserted and then becomes solid when the battery is fully charged.

If the red LED lights up – the battery temperature is too high; Unplug the power cord and allow the battery to cool before recharging.

If the red LED flashes – indicates that your battery or charger is out of order.

3) To remove the battery press and hold the button on the battery and gently pull the battery off.

4) Insert the battery into the top of the spray gun by gently sliding it in until you hear a «click».

LITHIUM-ION BATTERY The battery is fully charged when voltage reaches 16.7V. The voltage’s battery should never fall below 11V in order to avoid irreversible destruction of the battery. The charging indicators (Orange LED) indicate the percentage of the charging of the battery (press the «On» button on the battery): 3 LED lights: Voltage > 15.5V (Charge > 66%) 2 LED lights: Voltage is between 14.5V and 15.5V (Charge between 33 and 66%) 1 LED light: Voltage is between 14V and 14.5V (Charge between 11 and 33%)

! WARNING !

Make sure to remove and dry the battery after each use.

Oxidation of the battery lugs will result in loss of the warranty.

PROVIDED “QUICK CONNECT” NOZZLE KIT #1: Flood Jet nozzle 1.6 mm It diffuses a flat jet of small width for the localized weeding and the specific treatments: houses, facades, palisades, roofs, frames (Antifoam, water repellent, xylophene, water-based glazing) and to spray most of plant protection products. #2: Flat Fan jet nozzle 1.2 mm Its triangular jet of small thickness is ideal for weed control as close as possible to your plantations.

#3: Concentrated Jet nozzle 1.0 mm It produces a jet that propels your products to a distance of 10 meters. Ideal for the treatment of roofs, trees, destruction of insect nests.

SCANDIJET PRO CONFIGURATIONS Option 1: Depending on the job to be performed, there are several configuration options.

Note: When working at heights, make sure you start the spray gun on ground level first to prime the pump.

Option 2 is recommended for large areas. Insert the 9 meter hose with the brass suction strainer (filter) into a container (watering can, can, tank…) and connect the other end of the hose on the brass strainer of the spray gun.

SPECIFIC AFTER USE RULES After each use:

! A fter use, rinse out the spray gun and tips by spraying 4 liters of water through the pump, and then empty the spray gun completely (no liquid should be left in the pump).

! T he battery must be removed after each use and wiped. The oxidation of the battery lugs will result in loss of the warranty.

! Remove batteries after charging and unplug the battery charger when not in use. ! It is recommended to disassemble and clean the nozzles and brass filter after use of thick products. ! The spray gun and accessories must be wiped clean before storing in the box.

NOTE: If used for applying sealers, deck stains and other coating products, always rinse the gun using a Sodium Hydroxide based deck stain stripping product, and then rinse with fresh water.

TROUBLESHOOTING & TIPS

MAINTENANCE OF THE FILTER

1. Starting the device: Check the flow rate which must be in position 1 (graduated wheel).

Disassemble and clean the brass filter regularly.

2. Gun does not pull chemicals through the hose: Usually this is caused by debris that have clogged the pump. First try to flush out the spray gun by attaching the hose to your gun, then insert the other end of your hose into a garden hose, or sink faucet, to gently “PUSH” water to the pump, while running the spray gun for a few minutes. Usually this will flush out any debris and the gun will start working normally again.
