Message From Our President Thank you for joining us this year for our 2023 Game Changers’ Award Dinner. This is our signature event that we produce each year to recognize those who are doing the work in our community. This is also an incredible opportunity to learn about some of our community superstars through networking. As president of this Branch, I extend my sincerest gratitude to the team for investing their energy and creativity to produce a top-notch event for us to enjoy. You best believe, that hours before this event they were still hard at work making sure all I’s were dotted and all T’s were crossed. I would like to applaud the team as they have again outdone themselves. It keeps getting bigger and better.

Tiffany Walker is a passionate Leader, Organizational Development Consultant, Coach, Facilitator, Speaker, and Educator who helps leaders and teams cultivate great work. Her dynamic and varied background enables her to bring a unique approach when helping others enhance skills and resolve organizational challenges. Though no single title could ever contain the full force and scope of her impact on the business and nonprofit community she serves. She has over 5 years of experience in organizational leadership and is passionate about harvesting a healthy, happy workplace with real emphasis on a strong organizational culture. Tiffany is receiving a B.S. in Leadership and Social Innovation with a specialization in Business Management and Leadership from Rowan University and has a degree in Early Childhood Education. Tiffany has held progressive roles in a variety of industries including government, nonprofit, education, crisis management, risk management, public relations, marketing, and retail. She considers it an honor and privilege to be a part of her local community. This is evident in her active roles as a twice-elected committeewoman and the former vice president of her local school board. She has been recognized with numerous awards, including the NAACP Presidential Award and the GC Women’s Achievement Award for her work with women, children, and minorities. She is committed to community engagement and volunteerism while actively serving on various boards including the executive board for the Gloucester County NAACP, and CGS Family Partnership, working with colleagues and government officials from across the state on civil rights issues and helping youth and families with emotional, behavioral, and substance abuse challenges. Tiffany lives in South Jersey with her husband Xazavir, and her two amazing children Devon and Carter.

Quandell Iglesia, a dedicated and passionate individual, is a multifaceted entrepreneur and community leader. He is the CEO and Team Leader at IQ Real Estate Team (HomeSmart), serving New Jersey and Pennsylvania communities. Additionally, he founded SNJ Millennials (SNJ Next), a nonprofit organization aimed at introducing young professionals to new business networks and providing them with valuable business educational resources. Quandell is also a Member of the Board of Education for Monroe Township Public Schools. He has received numerous awards, including recognition in publications like Sj REAL Producers Magazine and FunTimes Magazine, and he's a former New Jersey Young Democrats - Southern Vice President. Throughout his diverse endeavors, Quandell is a true servant-leader dedicated to success and service, leaving a lasting impact on his community, education, and the business world.

What Is A Game Changer? A game-changing individual often uses their personality traits and attitude to affect what people perceive and how they do things. Certain influencers might be called game-changers if they shift the dynamic of thought and behavior of their followers. For instance, a social media influencer with a particular fashion sense who revolutionizes how people dress might be considered a game-changer. Game-changing companies (usually led by game-changing individuals) can develop different kinds of business objectives, technologies, efficiencies, production methods, and marketing strategies. These corporate innovations can open up new avenues of opportunity and potential for financial growth. They can disrupt and transform entire industries—or more—in the process. Becoming a game-changer requires a long term commitment. One needs a certain ingenuity of thought and action, time, and determination. Game-changers have to have the ability to manage uncertainties and overcome obstacles. Both entrepreneurs and those within companies who seek to make an impact can study and learn from the leadership, strategies, tactics, and achievements of visionary leaders.

Amy B. Mansue was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Inspira Health in August 2020. She has dedicated nearly three decades of service to the health care industry, and has made a significant impact across the state, having worked both in politics and for leading hospitals in New Jersey. In recognition of her expertise, Mansue was appointed Regional Coordinator in Central New Jersey by Governor Murphy amid the COVID-19 pandemic. A woman of faith and virtue only begins to describe Jamila Bremmer, formally known as Jamila A. Odom-Garnett. She embodies the essence of what it truly means to grow and walk with Christ. She uses her life story as a testimony to minister through song, motivational speaking, and helping others. Jamila grew up in the ever-growing, and friendly town of Chesilhurst Borough, New Jersey. Jamila is passionate in her pursuit and personification of LOVE. In 2004, her former husband and biological father of her beautiful children was senselessly murdered due to gun violence. This untimely tragedy did not deter her from preserving her faith in believing that LOVE wins in every aspect of life. In 2018, Jamila married her best friend, Mr. Delvardo Bremmer. Together they are blessed with five children and two grandchildren. She is affectionately called “MiMi”. Jamila’s love of music, family, and people began at the tender age three. Her family would travel down I-95 S to the Clay Hills of Statesboro, Georgia. They would sing and preach the entire ride with her father the late Apostle Charlie Odom leading the festivities. She is the youngest of her siblings and is known as the “social butterfly” of the family. She began singing on church choirs and while in Junior High School. Her love for music blossomed in High School where she auditioned to sing the National Anthem. This opportunity led her to Talent America and performing at the Garden State Arts Center. She went on to sing with The New Generation Performers under the direction of Sal Dupree and Dupree Performing Arts Studios. Jamila has sung background and shared the stage with well-known gospel artists as Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Shirley Murdock, The Williams Brothers, Tony Terry, Glen Jones, Helen Baylor, Keith Williams, Howard Hewitt, Dorothy Norwood, Hezekiah Walker, Erek McFadden and The Praise Alliance and Byron Cage. Jamila’s love for the music led her to First Baptist Church where she was called to work with the youth. In the year of 2000, she became the Director of the Youth Choir, Combined Choir, Praise &amp; Worship Ministry, and Charm &amp; Enhancement Ministry for Young Ladies. In 2001, she became licensed as a Missionary. Jamila’s passion to spread the word and her love for music led her to form Jamila &amp; Kompany in

2004. As the Lord revealed prophetic words through song, she began to write music in hopes of producing her work and touching lives through the ministry of music. As a result of arduous work, dedication, and faith, she released her first self - produced CD titled “A New Beginning,” in March 2009. This milestone led her to become an International Singer, with her new song called “Faith” (S.O.W. Productions with Donald Robinson and revised by Mike 2 Mike Productions). Jamila became licensed as a Minister and was installed as the Youth Pastor of First Baptist Church of Chesilhurst, New Jersey. She also completed the necessary schooling to become an Ordained Reverend. In July 2012, Jamila was installed as Head Pastor of the Historical First Baptist Church of Chesilhurst. She is the first female Pastor in the Church’s history. The Corner Cupboard Food Pantry was birthed through Jamila’s parents, the late Apostle Charlie &amp; Mrs. Jannie Odom. Together they have served over 20,000+ families, giving food and clothing to those in need. Jamila serves in the food pantry, partnered with the South Jersey Food Bank, and will continue to oversee the operation of the pantry as an Emergency Food Pantry. Jamila is a Licensed Cosmetologist (1997) &amp; Educator (2016) and owns and operates Jamila’s Hair Studio. In May 2014, Jamila earned her Doctorate of Divinity from City of Hope Bible College and Seminary. In 2016, she graduated from Camden County College with a concentration in Psychology and minor in Business Administration. In January 2012, Jamila was sworn in as the Honorable Councilwoman in the Borough of Chesilhurst, Camden County, NJ where she embraced an essential role in making a difference in the community. As a result of her hard work and dedication to pursue LOVE, in January 2020, she began her tenure as the Honorable Mayor of the Borough of Chesilhurst, Camden County, NJ. Jamila continues to pursue her dreams; she will not be deterred from her journey to help others strengthen their faith and relationship with God through song and ministry of the word. God has placed a great anointing upon Jamila. She is a woman of God. Her Ministry has touched a multitude of hearts and souls. Spreading the Love of God throughout this whole world is her destiny and desire to stay in God&#39;s will. “There is not one person in this world that can convince me that God isn&#39;t real. I know the Lord to be a Deliverer, Healer of my pain, Provider for my family, and a Miracle Worker! He is simply good! I know all of this is only for the building of his Kingdom! When I wanted to end it all after losing all that I had, God intervened and proclaimed Divine Disturbance is this: “God&#39;s Plan, God&#39;s Presence, God&#39;s Power” (Isaiah 40:31).” “I do what God has ordained me to do! I was born for His purpose.”

Christina M. Renna Christina Renna currently serves as President & CEO of the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey. In this role, Ms. Renna oversees an eight-person team and has direct oversight of the Chamber’s work in public policy, membership growth, member retention and overall member experience.

Ms. Renna joined the Chamber in 2007 and served as Director of Government Affairs through early 2010. She returned in 2014 as Vice President, then rose through the ranks as Senior Vice President before taking over the helm of the organization in January of 2020. Prior to her most recent stint at the Chamber, in 2010 Ms. Renna was tapped by formerNew Jersey Governor Chris Christie to serve in his Administration, serving in several different capacities including Director of Intergovernmental Affairs. In that role, she dealt directly with state and local government officials across the state, and as the primary point person to all business organizations and Chambers of Commerce in New Jersey as the liaison to the business community within the Administration. Ms. Renna’s past work experience also includes government affairs and communications work at South Jersey Industries and as a legislative aide to former-Assemblyman John C. Gibson of New Jersey’s First Legislative District. In 2010, Ms. Renna was proud to be named as one of SJ Biz Magazine’s first-ever list of rising stars in the South Jersey business community. Additionally, in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 Ms. Renna was listed on NJBIZ’s Power List as one of the most powerful people in New Jersey’s business community. In 2020, 2021 and 2022 she was also named to the ROINJ Influencers Power List of statewide association leaders, and in 2021 she was named to the first-ever ROI-NJ Women’s Power List among the top 50 most powerful women in business in New Jersey. Lastly, in 2022 ROI-NJ named her #34 on their Influencers Power List and in 2023 #54 on their Super 60 statewide business leaders list. Ms. Renna currently serves as Chair of the Public Policy Committee on the Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs Advisory Board at Rutgers University-Camden, a member of the Board of Directors at the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia, a member of the Advisory Board for Habitat for Humanity of Burlington and Mercer Counties, as a Trustee and Executive Committee member of the New Jersey Organization for a Better State (NEW JOBS) Board of Trustees, and as a member of the Burlington County Workforce Development Board. She is also one of 100 Chamber executives selected to be on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce CCC100 Committee, which is comprised of the top 100 Chamber executives in the nation. A graduate of Vineland High School, Ms. Renna received her B.A in political science from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and her Masters in Public Administration, with a minor in City Management, from Villanova University.

Robin A. Walton Senior Vice President of Government and External Affairs Inspira Health Robin Walton is the Senior Vice President of Government and External Affairs at Inspira Health Network. In this capacity, she manages Inspira’s relationships with federal, state, and local governments, regulatory agencies, key policymakers, and community stakeholders.

Currently, Ms. Walton serves as the Vice Chair of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey’s Board of Directors, Chair of the Chamber’s State Affairs Council, and Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Council. She previously served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Rowan College at Burlington County College. Ms. Walton also previously served on the Board of Trustees for the following organizations: Executive Women of New Jersey, Children’s Specialized Hospital, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital – Hamilton, a RWJ Barnabas affiliate, and the New Jersey Hospital Association. Ms. Walton previously served on the Governor’s Advisory Council on Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention and the Governor’s Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Task Force. Ms. Walton received the Salute to the Policy Makers Award by the Executive Women of New Jersey (EWNJ) in 2012. In 2016, she received the prestigious honor of NJBIZ’s Top 40 under 40 in NJ. In 2018, Ms. Walton was selected for the Maria Barnaby Greenwald Empowerment Award. In 2019, she was an honoree for the Princeton YWCA Tribute to Women Awards, selected by NJBIZ as one of the Best 50 Women in Business, and the recipient of the Marvin J. “Swede” Johnson Achievement Award for her advocacy work on behalf of adult learners in higher education. Ms. Walton is also the National Association of 100 Black Women of Southern New Jersey’s recipient of the 2020 Trailblazer Award. In 2022, she received the Garden State Boy Scout’s Women of Achievement award for Gloucester County and Salem County’s Calvary Community Development Corporation’s Healthcare Award. Robin has been named to ROI-NJ’s People of Color, Women and Government Relations 100 Top Influencers in New Jersey Lists and South Jersey’s African American Power List. Ms. Walton earned her Master’s degree in Management and Graduate Certificate in Organizational Management and Leadership from Thomas Edison State University. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and an International Certificate in German from Douglass College at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Ms. Walton and her husband reside in Southern New Jersey with their 2 sons.

Steven & Claire Riggs From meeting at a West Philly print shop 40 years ago to marking over 37 years of marriage and building a successful business together, Claire and Steven’s story is an inspiring tale of love, partnership, and entrepreneurship.

Steven was raised in Philadelphia and received his education, before securing positions in lithography in South Jersey. He progressed to become a Training Manager at Deluxe Corporation, where he oversaw safety, interpersonal, and skills training for 300 employees. An entrepreneur at heart, he started an integrated marketing and design firm in 2008. Claire, who was born and raised in Haiti, came to the United States with her family at the age of seven. She received her education in Philadelphia, graduating from Temple University with a Journalism degree. She later pursued her Master's degree in Public Relations from Rowan University, where she currently serves as an Adjunct Professor. During her career in the petrochemical industry, she represented companies on local, regional, and national boards. With Claire’s journalism and public relations background and Steven’s expertise in advanced lithography and training, they’ve combined their unique talents to create a strategic communication, integrated marketing, and relationship management firm that serves South Jersey with excellence.

Their mission embodies integrity, creativity, collaboration, and performance excellence, providing a vibrant canvas for their team to express their gifts and talents. Even during the pandemic, Riggs Creative Group LLC has shown resilience and innovation, rebranding the company in October 2020 and experiencing consistent growth year over year. Active members of Clayton Baptist Church and engaged community volunteers with such organizations as the Gloucester County Prayer Committee and the United Way of Gloucester County, they reside in Franklinville and cherish time spent with family and friends, especially their four children and three grandchildren. Phillip W. Heath President and Chief Executive Officer Phillip W. Heath is the president and CEO of Samaritan, the region’s leading provider of inhome healthcare and supportive services based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Founded in Moorestown in 1980 as one of the country’s first hospices, Samaritan now provides an expanding range of life-enhancing services for nearly 11,000 patients and their families annually in five New Jersey counties. Before joining the Samaritan leadership team, Phillip’s career was distinguished by 30 years of executive leadership experience with various local, regional, and national healthcare organizations in the areas of sales, marketing, business development, government affairs, and operations. With extensive expertise in the hospice and palliative care, senior housing, longterm care, and healthcare technology arena, Phillip’s experience also includes corporate community affairs, social responsibility, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Phillip has served as a community volunteer throughout his career. Phillip holds a B.A. from Morehouse College and an M.S. in Health Services Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy. James and April Ward Creative Content OnDemand James and April Ward are the founders and owners of Creative Content OnDemand. This award-winning multimedia marketing company specializes in video production, digital photography, social media management, and public relations services. Their mission is to help businesses grow using their talent and passion for creativity in the media production industry. They have experience producing media content for large corporations, but their focus is on making media services accessible and affordable to small and mid-size businesses. James is a Texas native who worked in the television industry for over 30 years, primarily with CBS News. He held various leadership roles, including Senior Commercial Production Manager, Chief News Photographer, Special Project Editor, and several other notable positions that contributed to the news organization’s growth.

April grew up in Sewell, New Jersey, located in Gloucester County. April received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Widener University in Pennsylvania. Professionally, she worked for CBS broadcast news, which helped her develop exceptional organizational skills and communication abilities. She received an Emmy Award for her work on The Tribune Show, a talk show focused on the Greater Philadelphia African-American community. In addition, April produced live call-in television talk shows and on-air pledge drives as a Senior Producer for local public broadcast television stations. James and April strongly believe in giving back to their community and consider it vital to their mission. They have devoted their time to church ministries and utilized their leadership in media to spread the gospel. Rita Chappelle, BS, MS, SCMP, PMP, APR Rita Chappelle is Chief of Medical Media and External Affairs for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration at the Philadelphia VA Healthcare System in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In that role, she oversees communications to over 70,000 Veterans, internal and external stakeholders, media, and Veterans organizations. She manages the reputation of the facility and directs its outreach efforts. She is the first African American to serve in that role. In the four years since her appointment, she has increased Veteran engagement by 42%, media engagement by 87% and stakeholder engagement by 72%. She was responsible for developing communications products and leading the outreach to Veterans and media during the COVID-19 pandemic resulting in over 78,000 Veterans and their eligible family members getting vaccinated. She has been awarded two Challenge Coins for her work by both Secretary Wilkie and Secretary McDonough. She has served as spokeswoman for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration handling the agency’s most high-profile issues including the approval of Plan B, the Gulf Water Horizon Oil Spill, the recall of Chantix and Cough and Cold products for children, and much more. She was a contributing writer on the White House’s “How to Communicate in the Event of An IND or Bioterrorism Attack” which is the Federal government’s guide for lead agency communicators. She learned crisis communications while dealing with the arrest and conviction of the late D.C. Gary Kille Gary Kille was born and raised in Gloucester County, New Jersey. He graduated from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice in 2002. While attending college, he also served as Class II Special Law Enforcement Officer for the Sea Isle City Police Department from 2000 to 2002. Upon graduation, Chief Kille started his service with the Paulsboro Police Department (PPD) and quickly established himself as a proactive, progressive community-based patrol officer. For that reason, he was appointed as PPD’s first ever School Resource Officer and developed a successful school resource program that is still in place today. He then rose through the ranks, serving as a senior patrol officer until 2007, detective until 2012, detective sergeant until 2015, lieutenant until 2015, and deputy chief until 2017. In these roles, he oversaw both operations and investigations for PPD. Additionally, he was assigned to a variety of task forces for Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office, New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, and U.S. Marshals Service for which he was responsible in developing and charging large-scale, high profile cases. Chief Kille assumed the important role of PPD Chief in 2018. Over the past five years, he has established himself as a leader within the county law enforcement community. He has served on the Gloucester County Police Chiefs Association Executive Board every year, including as President in 2022 and immediate past President in 2023. He presently serves on several advisory boards and working groups, addressing key areas such as diversity and active shooters. Of note, he is responsible for the continued development of officers across the county by serving on the Gloucester County Police Academy Advisory Board and as a certified police academy instructor, teaching several instructional blocks to the basic recruit classes as well as advanced training courses to current certified officers. In addition, he has chosen to develop his own leadership skills by attending and graduating from distinguished state, national, and international leadership training programs. Through his community policing approach, Chief Kille is proud to have fostered and improved relations with the residents of Paulsboro, working to improve the community as a whole and decrease the incidence of crime. He is the first in the county and one of only a handful of police departments to initiate the Volunteers of American IMPACT program which allow his officers to immediate connect citizens in need to social services. The partnership has been so successful that he was recently honored with appointment to the Board of Directors for the Volunteers of America Delaware Valley Chapter. He is also one of a limited number of police departments to partner with Live Worth Living to focus on reducing violence and developing youth. Furthermore, he is an advocate for diversity in law enforcement, working closely with the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office and Police Chiefs Association to develop and implement a recruitment website, social media, and other materials as well as a countywide recruitment committee that actively seeks out and participates in numerous events.

Piera Gravenor Piera Gravenor graduated from Chestnut Hill College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and an eye towards law school. However, before she started down that path, she felt and could no longer deny the powerful lure of her true calling, education. She went back to school and eventually received a Master of Education in School Leadership and Instruction and her Doctorate of Educational Leadership and Innovation. She began her career as an English teacher at Sacred Heart High School in Vineland and after three years, she took some time off to be home with her two daughters. In 1990, Piera restarted her career in the Delsea Regional School District in Franklin Township and since that time has served in a variety of roles: teacher, Director of Basic Skills and Assessments, District Instructional Supervisor, Principal and finally as Superintendent for the past thirteen years; she is the first woman in the district’s history to hold that position. Concurrently, Piera also serves as the Superintendent of the Elk Township School District. Piera has served her profession and local communities in various organizations and through her volunteerism. She has served on the Gloucester County Advisory Board to the Executive County Superintendent since 2012 in such roles as Secretary, Treasurer, and County President; she has also be an Executive council member of the New Jersey Council of Education (2014-2019); she is on the Wilmington University Behavioral Science Advisory Board (2012-2019); and is a Co- founder of the Gloucester County Women in Leadership and Learning (2015-present). Piera has spoken at local and national conferences on issues such as literacy, Eliminating the Achievement Gap, and Confronting Gender Stereotypes in the Workplace. She has generously given of her personal time to serve as the Vice President of the Board of Trustees at the Ellison School (20042014)in Vineland, she has been a member of the Our Lady of Mercy Academy Board of Directors (2017present), and has been serving as a lector and Eucharistic minister in her church since 1995. While always attentive to ensuring that the needs of all students are met, Piera took a more proactive approach and deeper dive into the realm of equity when she began to sense that even the best intentions do not always lead to equitable outcomes. For the first time in the Delsea Regional School District’s history, the search began for an Equity Coach, and Dr. Shelley Zion from Rowan University joined Delsea to create an allencompassing, multi-year equity initiative. From that foundation, the focus expanded to the creation of a district-wide equity council, regular professional development for faculty, staff, and even Board members on access, success, and equity, and the founding of Student Voice groups in the high and middle schools. Expanding Delsea’s outreach to others in the fight for equity led to connections with the Gloucester County NAACP through Loretta Winters and the unending support of current Gloucester County Executive County Superintendent, Avé Altersitz. Recently Delsea and Elk (along with two other districts) received a $2.4 million grant, “The Case for Student Voice as a Change Agent in Schools: A Focus on Culturally Responsive Climate, Equity, and Discipline” under the leadership of Dr. Zion. Piera and her husband of forty years live in Malaga, New Jersey and have two daughters: Alicia and her husband Alex, and Lexi and her husband Dave. Turner received higher Education from Glassboro State College (Rowan University) in Early Childhood Education Child Development and a Certificate from Temple University in Professional Meeting Management. She is employed full-time at Thomas Jefferson University in the Office of Continuing Professional Development. Her role is Accreditation Coordinator, managing the Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) across the Jefferson Enterprise local and statewide. Jennifer is a front-line Continuing Medical Education (CME) leader overseeing Accreditation and Compliance, RSS training, Onsite Attendee Management, Registration and Hospitality. She is enrolled at Thomas Jefferson University Academy of Municipal Innovation pursing a professional certificate in Government Innovation. Prior to employment at Thomas Jefferson University, Jennifer was employed at Cooper University Healthcare. She was the Education Coordinator in the Nursing Education department. In this role she worked directly with the Clinical Nurse Educator team to plan and develop continuing education materials and tools. She was the point-of-contact for the external & internal continuing education activities and special events. Jennifer received an award for “Employee-of-theMonth” from Cooper University Healthcare. Her co-workers raved about her work ethic stating, “Jennifer has an optimistic attitude and is a pleasure to work with, problem solve or provide an objective informed opinion”. In brief “she has become our rock!” Additionally, Jennifer joined Cooper Against Domestic Abuse (CADA) team and received professional certificates in Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault via Camden County College. She volunteered at night and was on-call to support victims of domestic violence. Her training, networking and victim advocacy experience made it possible for Jennifer to become one of the core members to connect with Camden County Prosecutors Office, Affiliates, Stakeholders, Local and County Officials and Crisis Team. She facilitated CADA seminars for the Cooper faculty, students, staff, and local organizations. Jennifer advocated for those without a voice, organize fundraising and services via community outreach. Jennifer Turner made history as the first African American Councilwoman elected to serve on the Governing Body in Paulsboro, New Jersey. She enthusiastically reinvigorate the Paulsboro Recreation committee and chaired for almost 10 years. She launched the 1st Annual Black History program in Paulsboro. She collaborated with the Tobacco-Free for a Healthy New Jersey initiative to establish an Ordinance resulting in Breathe Easy signs being posted in the Borough of Paulsboro.at all public and recreational space. Former County Commissioner and Former Assemblyman, Adam Taliaferro, appointed Jennifer to serve on the Board of Gloucester County Commission for Women, where she is an active member and co-founder of the virtual event “Table Talk” sponsored by the Commission. Also, Jennifer initiated the project to co-name a street in Paulsboro after the longest serving Councilman Joe L. Kidd, Sr. “Joe L. Kidd, Sr. Way”. Current work in-progress includes the redevelopment of the Buck Street Community Park and launch the Community Heart and Soul initiative in Paulsboro. Over the past summer, Jennifer did a segment on FOX News Good Day Philadelphia where she spoke about the efforts to prevent Paulsboro from becoming a pharmacy desert by explaining the importance of keeping the CVS Pharmacy in Paulsboro open. Unfortunately, the pharmacy closed in August 2023. She is an active member with Greater Paulsboro Chamber of Commerce (GPCC), Appointed Council Liaison, Paulsboro Historic Preservation Commission (PHPC), and Gloucester County Federation of Democratic Women (GCFDW), Friends of July 4th, Annual Paulsboro Day, Juneteenth Celebration, Boys and Girls Club Program, Council for Young Children (CCYC), Mid Atlantic Alliance for Continuing Medical Education (MAACME).

She has presented several presentations at numerous professional conferences focusing on the Continuing Medical Education team and Continuing Professional Development (CME/CPD). Co-facilitator presenting “Beyond the CME Office: Professional Development Departments and Unit-Based CME Leader to Advance the Field of CME”. Her additional research presentations “Creating Better Education Programs Before, During, After COVID-19”, “Quality of Education Content Delivered” and “Health Equity”. Jennifer is a passionate community leader, advocate and professional volunteer, working tirelessly on committees serving her hometown and her professional development. She has great joy spending time with her grandson Josiah and taking him to the Gill Memorial Library in Paulsboro. Jordan Winters Jordan Winters is a senior at Gloucester County Institute of Technology. She is a cosmetology student with a passion for psychology and civil rights. She is employed as an Intern in the Business Development Department at First Harvest Credit Union. She has a loving, passionate, and caring heart for those who have been affected by cancer, especially the youth. Her belief that we should give all that we can give to those who have not was shown when she cut and donated her hair to an organization that made wigs for cancer patients. She finds it not robbery to give up her time to assist the Gloucester County NAACP with typing, filing and organizing files. Jordan even attends events and volunteers her time on the weekend to help with get out the vote initiatives. Jordan lives with her mother, Jasmine and Keith Redd; her two sisters, Kendell and Logan; and her little baby brother Cairo.
