For well over a century, the NAACP has been at the forefront of civil rights, at the national, state and local level, pushing for the most important reforms of our time. This legacy has never been more pressing than it is today, as we manage the fallout of a global pandemic, economic havoc, environmental degradation and political polarization. And yet we are continually inspired and encouraged by the progress we see every day in our communities. We know that with each step, we bolster our collective ability to change, to heal, and to revitalize the path to a more just world.
