The Hotel Seehof is located on a high plateau near the village of Natz-Schabs/Naz-Sciaves near Brixen/Bressanone (IT) by the small natural lake “Flötscher Weiher”. In 2017 this familyrun hotel underwent major renovation and extensions, with an entire restyling. 16 new suites, the new pool and wellness area, directly on the lake correspond with the new design and management concept: to place nature and the recreational value as the point of focus. ALPINE & MEDITERREAN The location in the middle of the mountains gives the hotel an alpine character with a Mediterranean flair. The main building is reminiscent of a stately residence in the countryside; Deep loggias, as open spaces, visually enlarge the suites and thus intensify the special connection with nature. The new rough, earth-colored plaster combined with the new clear, horizontal wooden structure gives the hotel a noble appearance.
CELEBRATING THE NATURE The new spa area with pool and sauna area connect structurally with the surrounding landscape and impressively opens up with its irregular potholes and pergolas through large panorama windows towards the lake. Directed views from the interior into the surrounding grounds, as well as inside open areas, so called patios, concisely convey the feeling of being in a large park. The design of the outdoor areas also play an important role. A natural unity was created here, in which the space can be walked through on different paths. Contemplative dwellings are spread around the lakeshore. The combination of the architecture with the surroundings is most impressive here: the oblique, green roofs of the spa can be used for sunbathing, while this green area seamlessly transitions into the surrounding forests and fruit orchards. Architecture becomes landscape and landscape architecture. The location of the heated outdoor pool affects the user as well as the extension of the bathing pond. The water level of the

lake is on the same level, so that the infinity channel connects visually with the lake to an infinite water surface... The interplay between architecture and interior design creates a holistic design in which guests and the recreation are celebrated within nature. 호텔 시호프는 브릭센/브레사노네(IT) 옆 나츠슈하브 마을 근처의 고 원에 위치해 있으며 주변에 작은 자연 호수인 플로트셔 바이허가 있다. 2017년에 이 가족 경영형 호텔은 전면적인 개조 공사를 통해 수리되고 확장되었다. 16개의 새로운 스위트룸, 새로운 수영장 및 웰빙 공간은 호 수에 바로 배치하여 자연과 휴양 가치를 가장 중요시하는 새로운 설계 및 관리 컨셉트에 부합한다. 고산 지대 분위기와 지중해 스타일 산 중턱에 자리한 이 호텔은 지중해풍의 고산 지대 분위기를 자아낸다. 본관은 시골의 위풍당당한 주택을 연상시킨다. 깊은 로지아는 열린 공간 으로서 시각적으로 스위트룸을 확장하여 자연과의 특별한 관계를 강화 한다. 거친 대지 색상의 석고와 깔끔한 수평적 목재 구조가 결합되어 호
텔에 우아함을 더한다. 자연을 느끼다 수영장과 사우나가 있는 새로운 스파 영역은 구조적으로 주변 경관과 연 결되어 있으며 불규칙한 포트홀과 퍼걸러와 함께 호수를 향한 커다랗게 탁 트인 창을 통해 인상적으로 열린다. 실내에서 주변 지대로 향하는 전 망뿐만 아니라 파티오라는 열린 공간 내부는 대형 공원에 있는 듯한 느 낌을 임팩트 있게 전달한다. 야외 지역의 설계는 중요한 역할을 한다. 여 기에서 모든 자연을 만끽할 수 있고 다양한 길을 통해 접근할 수 있다. 사색에 잠겨 있는 주택이 호숫가에 펼쳐져 있다. 건축물과 주변 환경이 가장 인상적으로 조화를 이루는 장소가 있다. 스 파의 비스듬한 녹색 지붕은 일광욕을 위해 이용될 수 있으며 이 녹지는 주변 숲과 과수원으로 원활하게 이어진다. 건축물은 경관과 조경 건축이 된다. 따뜻한 야외 수영장의 위치는 사용자뿐만 아니라 넓은 수영 연못 에 영향을 미친다. 호수의 수위는 같으므로 무한한 수로가 호수와 무한 한 수면을 시각적으로 연결한다. 건축과 실내 설계 간의 상호 작용은 투 숙객이 자연을 느끼며 휴양할 수 있는 전체적인 설계를 만들어낸다.
