For the second year running, the school, in Arborfield, put on a light show as part of their winter festival. The Disney-themed show was put on by Pulzar Laser Show who put on a display at Wokingham Winter Carnival last year. Their production was suitable for all ages and was not too loud for the little ones, with lots of music and colour.

As well as the light show there were plenty of activities and stalls including one selling glow accessories for later in the evening.

Children were running some stalls including hook-a-duck and lolly-pull while there were some stalls selling gifts including knitted creations, Christmas decorations and candles.

There was a soft toy tombola and

Emma Wood and Cassie Blackledge were there representing SAFE (Saving Abandoned Fly-Grazing Equines) with a stall promoting their work and helping to raise much-needed funds.

And Emma Lawrence, one of the or- ganisers and member of the PTA said: “So far so good – there were pupils and parents queuing at the entrance to get in and we have received good feedback. Everyone is looking forward to the light show – we have lots of space so it is good to make the most of it.”
