Join us in the Vineyard Pavilion at Trius Winery as our wine consultants give you the inside scoop on these incredible wines. Select pre-release wines will be available to purchase in 6 or 12 bottle lots at a special wine club member only pricing with 15% savings.

TRIUS WINERY - THE LOFT

Into the Vault

Saturday 11:00 AM | 1:00 PM | 3:00 PM $35 per person + taxes

Enjoy the rare opportunity to sample aged wines from The Vault including a tiered tasting of three Trius Showcase East Block Cabernet Sauvignon, ranging from 2013 to present paired with light snacks. We will discuss the advantages of aging wine along with simple instructions and how to store your bottles. A great opportunity to enhance your own collection by adding some of these gems!

TRIUS WINERY - THE STUDIO ROOM

Demo with Pastry Chef Sarah Albino Saturday 11:00 AM | 2:00 PM $35 per person + taxes

Join Pastry Chef Sarah Albino in the Studio Room at Trius Winery Restaurant for a fall inspired scone demo! Sip on a glass of Trius Brut Sparkling while Chef Albino demonstrates and shares tips on preparing both a sweet and a savory scone.

A coffee bar will also be available. Each guest will take home some pre-made scone dough to bake and enjoy!

Signature Pairings

Join our Wine Experts for a Signature Pairing Experience in our Estate Room.

This 45-minute tasting will include your choice of a Wine and Chocolate or a Wine and Cheese flight. Both flights will include 3 of our Signature Series wines including an exclusive sample of our JEP red. Our Wine Experts will guide you through the tasting flights, diving into the intricacies of wine production as well as the relationship between wine and food and how to create the perfect pairing!

Get in on the cocktail culture with an interactive experience hosted by our best bartenders. Sharpen your bartending skills by getting insider tips on how to create the ultimate whisky cocktail. After you are guided through the step-by-step process you will get to sit back and enjoy your “All Star Creation”.

Gretzky’s Hall of Fame

Our wine expert will lead you through a selection of back vintage Gretzky wine.

You will enjoy these wines with a light snack of a charcuterie board of meats paired perfectly with these incredible wines.

PELLER ESTATES RESTAURANT - THE BARREL CELLAR

Fall Member Exclusive Dinner

Saturday 6:30 PM $130 per person + taxes, gratuities

Join us in the beautiful Peller Estates barrel cellar for a 4-course Fall inspired dinner. You will be treated to a glass of sparking on arrival and seated to enjoy a meal prepared by Chef Jason Parsons and his culinary team. Each course will be complimented with a wine pairing selected by our in-house sommelier.
