THE PROJECT

The villa emphasises Australian coastal materials, with strong contemporary finishes, luxe design elements and natural materials. This is where the Haymes Paint textured finishes and contemporary colours come into play.

The inspiration for the Bay Villa was pulled from the coastlines that surround the home’s location – Byron Bay. The raw textures and tones of the green bush surrounds, the diff erent sand characteristics, sea foam, rust and warm greys all come into play. The natural connection between the inside and outside of the home is a standout.

Haymes Artisan Collection White Stone Rendercoat Texture was used on the walls with Ultra Premium Expressions Ceiling in white above.

KITCHEN

Kitchen joinery is in Modesty White, kitchen draws are Wilderness and the same ceiling paint as the living room has been used here.

BEDROOM

The house features five bedrooms, three which are suites. Each is decorated in their own diff erent styles and flair, which are perfect for rest and rejuvenation.

For the first bedroom suite a soft pastel pink palette features throughout (pictured right). Haymes Paint Ultra Premium Expressions Interior was used on the walls in the colour Modesty White.

The second bedroom features highlights of green and grey tones. This room reflects the traditional coastline perfectly.
