“Faith, integrity, and service are the foundation of everything I build.” explains the one and only Ron Creech. “Faith keeps me anchored and moving forward even when the next step is not fully visible. Integrity means my word is my bond even when it costs me, and service is the heartbeat behind my work.” Ron Creech’s experience in business (and in creating success for himself) inspired the inclination to share what he’s learned and use it to help others. Seeing capable and talented people feeling stuck, not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked clarity is why Ron decided to start the Next Rung Radio podcast. Next Rung Radio was created to give people direction. Topics include simple and practical steps rooted in faith, mindset, and leadership, helping people move forward as opposed to staying stuck and unfulfilled.

CONSTANT ELEVATION:

ONE STEP AT A TIME WITH RON CREECH AND NEXT RUNG RADIO

T

his is a tale of two Rons. The first “Ron” is a seasoned entrepreneur and owner of Creech Ladder and Racks company in Nashville. This “Ron” believes that success is built by consistent disciplined decisions over time, creating strong teams, and playing the long game. Then, there’s the second “Ron”. The “Ron” that runs a motivational podcast. The “Ron” that is more interested in building people than he is in building businesses. Ron, the mentor, if you will. This “Ron” is the one who says that “inspiration without application does not create transformation.” One “Ron” focused on the bottom line, the other “Ron” focused on state of mind. This duality may seem enough to tear one man apart. The strain from being pulled in such varying directions surely must be taxing. There are two things, however, that reconcile the two “Rons” and hold it all together for him: his core values and his sense of purpose.

Guests of the podcast vary. From everyday people who “turn pressure into purpose,” to other entrepreneurs and leaders who are generous with their wisdom, listeners are able to learn and apply what they hear immediately. Each conversation is designed to move someone from where they are to where they are called to be, one clear step at a time. “I blend faith, mindset, and leadership with practical action.” How do you stay organized while running multiple businesses? Everything runs through a few simple filters. What matters most. What moves the needle. What can be delegated. I live by routines, checklists, and intentional planning. Organization is not about

doing more. It is about protecting focus so energy goes where it counts. What does a typical day look like for you? My best days begin with prayer and quiet time. Then I train my body and get to work. I am building businesses, coaching, creating content, and meeting with my team. I believe in winning the morning, so the day does not win me. What do you hope to accomplish this year? More clarity, greater impact, and stronger execution. I want Next Rung Radio to reach more people who are searching for direction, and I want my businesses to grow without losing peace. Bigger results aligned with the right priorities. How can people tune in to the podcast? Listeners can find Next Rung Radio on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and all major platforms. Simply search the name, follow the show, turn on notifications, and share it with someone who needs encouragement to take their next step forward.

THE NEXT WIN

Micheal Talley of BFP Law

M

icheal Talley has carved out a reputation at BFP Law as the attorney clients want beside them when life gets complicated. And in his view, that’s exactly the point. Today, Talley channels that purpose into every case he takes on at BFP Law. Naturally competitive, he thrives in the high-stakes environment of legal strategy and problem-solving. But beneath that drive is a deep sense of empathy for what clients are going through. Helping people navigate one of the most difficult moments of their lives has become the part of the job he values most. Not everyone is built for that emotional weight, but Talley is, and he doesn’t take that responsibility lightly. Before finding his footing in the courtroom, Talley’s path began with an unexpected push. Early on, as a criminal justice student unsure of his next step, he found early guidance from one of his professors, former Florida attorney Mike Giordano, who encouraged him to reach beyond the expectations of his small-town upbringing. That moment planted a seed that grew into a mission. Talley hopes his journey will someday inspire “the next generation of little black boys growing up in a small town.” If even one young person looks at his story and thinks, If he did it, I can do it too, he feels he has succeeded. Talley’s path to BFP Law is uniquely memorable. Early in his career, after showing up to court wearing Yeezy 350s because he couldn’t find his dress shoes, another attorney struck up a conversation with him about the unexpected footwear choice. That attorney was Chase Baker—the “B” in BFP Law. A single dinner meeting led to an offer Talley “couldn’t refuse,” and joining the firm quickly became the best career move he ever made.

he believes can turn even the most daunting situations into manageable ones. Success, for Talley, comes back to a principle he embraced in law school: Mamba Mentality. Greatness, he learned, requires hard work, patience, preparation, integrity, determination and most importantly, relentless hustle. Reflecting on the firm’s continued growth, Talley believes success is straightforward: do excellent work and treat people well. And as for what’s ahead? He embraces a champion’s mindset: The next win.

Nashville Office 3200 West End Avenue, Suite 500 Nashville, TN 37203 615-777-3848 bfplawfirm.com

Of course, guiding clients through fear, confusion, and uncertainty comes with challenges. Talley often finds himself balancing legal strategy with the role of steady counselor, helping clients separate strong emotions from smart decisions. For him, it all comes back to communication and trust—two things

THE NEW POWER GROOMING Why Skincare Is Every Man’s Competitive Edge

T

here’s a new status symbol redefining modern masculinity, and it’s not a car, a watch, or even your gym—it’s healthy skin. Men are finally trading quick fixes and drugstore guesswork for professional facials, targeted routines, and results-driven products. This isn’t vanity; it’s strategy. In an era where your face meets the camera before your handshake, clear, healthy skin translates to confidence, credibility, and staying power. Most men don’t talk about it, but they feel it: the difference between a clean shave on smooth skin, a rested look before a big meeting, or a photo where you don’t look ten years older than you feel. Clear, hydrated skin signals vitality, discipline, and attention to detail. Strong skin isn’t superficial—it’s communication. THE SCIENCE OF LOOKING YOUNGER, LONGER Inflammation ages you. Stress, poor sleep, and sun exposure trigger chronic inflammation, breaking down collagen—the protein that keeps skin firm. Professional treatments reduce inflammation, stimulate collagen, and accelerate repair. Hydration equals resilience. Dehydrated skin looks dull and emphasizes lines. Facials and the right moisturizer replenish water and lipids, locking them in for lasting firmness. Protect your barrier. A strong skin barrier reduces irritation from shaving, prevents breakouts, and ensures active ingredients can actually work. Smart actives, proven results. Retinol, vitamin C, peptides, and niacinamide are the gold standard. A skilled professional matches them to your skin type so you see results—without irritation. A SIMPLE SKINCARE PLAYBOOK FOR REAL LIFE Morning: Vegan Super Cleanser, Vegan Super Antioxidant Toner, Ceutical X Skin Booster, Brighten and Renew Serum (vitamin C), Skin Reboot moisturizer / primer that hydrates without shine, SPF 30+ every single day.

16

The GERI G. Difference lies in MACROMARINE 5®, the brand’s exclusive complex created by founder Geri Giagnorio. This powerhouse blend of organic algae and botanicals naturally delivers essential nutrients to your skin with every application.

Night: Vegan Super Cleanser, Vegan Antioxidant Toner, Ceutical X Skin Booster, Retinol Reverse nightly, Sleep and Recover barrier-repair cream on top. Daily: Post Shaving- Blue Oil 9, to calm irritation and boost repair. Professional: Facial to reset, extract, hydrate deeply, and adjust your at-home formula to the season. CHOOSING THE RIGHT PRO Look for expertise with men’s and mature skin. Ask for a results timeline: what you’ll notice after one session, 30 days, 90 days. Demand customization. If you’re outdoors often, target sun repair; if you’re in front of cameras, focus on tone and texture. Your face is your front line—treat it like your most visible asset. Commit to a simple daily routine, book a facial, and let the results speak for themselves. Skincare for Men in Franklin, TN Prefer a private, upscale setting over a crowded med spa? men—zero fluff, all results—so you can get in, get results, and get on with your day. At the GERI G.® skincare clinic, master esthetician Geri brings her Beverly Hills experience with Hollywood celebrities to a tranquil Franklin setting. Her TRANSCETUICAL® Living approach combines advanced skin treatments with a holistic philosophy. Here, facials are not just luxury—they’re a transformation. With certifications in medical aesthetics and holistic health, she blends science, nutrition, and technique to help men achieve younger, healthier-looking skin. MEET B R I A N R O B E R T S Have you ever noticed that many men and women suffer in silence? I’m a solutions guy. I know we all have multiple problems, but many people don’t realize that a slight change in our diets and what sits at the edge of our forks and spoons can make all of the difference in the world. Trust me when I say this Louisville, KY southern guy loves his comfort food, but I’ve learned to do it in moderation. I’m a performer and I’ve acted and sang live on stages from the TPAC at Jackson Hall opposite Robin Givens and Leon Robinson, all the way up to the Bushnell in Hartford, CT. Fourteen years ago, one close call after a night singing in the studio changed my life and I’m forever grateful. That led to surgery to remove scare tissue from acid reflux, my healthy diets, and products like NEMUI Nutriswish and NEURO. After two years of active rehab and dieting, I’m now healthier and happier than ever. Glutathione is the active ingredient in NEUMI Nutriswish and a swish for 30 seconds in the morning and again at night can make all the difference in the world. Stay healthy and safe and don't forget to swish with Nutriswish.

An Irreplaceable Landscape At the heart of this property’s charm is its diversity. The land gently rolls from 17 acres of open pasture, perfect for horses or hobby farming, into over 100 acres of hardwood forest, rich with wildlife and laced with natural springs. another for a 5-bedroom home—with ample potential for additional development. With 203 feet of road frontage, city water at the road, and lower Greenbelt taxes, the property is as practical as it is picturesque. As Wilson County evolves, properties like this one stand out even more. They offer a vision of what Middle Tennessee can still be: peaceful, open, and deeply rooted in nature. A Canvas for Your Dream Imagine building a luxury mountaintop estate, hosting farm-to-table gatherings by the pond, or planting sunflowers across the back pasture for fall family photos and dove hunting. Maybe it’s a multi-home family compound, a retreat center, or an investment in future residential development.

MEET THE BUSY B’S “Give your honey-dos to the Busy B’s”

f you’re tired of the mess and can’t find the time (or the energy) to tackle it, Busy B’s Cleaning is the kind of local company that makes life a little easier, and a lot cleaner. Started by Nolensville’s own Brenna Sledge, Busy B’s began in 2020 with one house, one vacuum, and one mission: to help. What started as a side favor for a friend has grown into a full-blown operation with over 30 employees and thousands of happy clients across Middle Tennessee. Last year alone, they cleaned 3,500+ homes, vacation homes, and businesses and have over 150 returning clients. Brenna, a mom of three, knows firsthand how hard it is to juggle everything. So, her business was built to take something off your plate. Whether it’s your entire home, just the bathrooms, or a rental property in need of a refresh, Busy B’s handles it all. They’ve cleaned everything from Airbnbs to coffee shops like Mama’s Java and ice cream spots like Bruster’s, and they’ve earned Best of Nolensville two years in a row.

says. “You don’t need experience, just good character and a willingness to help people.” Busy B’s offers budget-friendly packages, making it easy to find a plan that works for your space, and your wallet! Whether you’re spring cleaning, prepping for guests, or just ready to hand off the to-do list, the Busy B’s are ready to roll up their sleeves. To book a clean, text 615.925.3870 or visit BusyCleaningInTN.com. Find them on Facebook and Instagram @BusyBsCleaningTN

One thing that sets Busy B’s apart is their heart. They partner with nonprofits like Art Helps Cancer to offer free cleaning to families going through cancer treatment, because when you’re fighting something that big, the last thing you need to worry about is mopping the floors. They’re open seven days a week, offer flexible scheduling (including evenings), and customize each clean to fit your needs. Pricing is hourly with a two-hour minimum, and all supplies are included. They even have scent-free options for allergy-sensitive clients. And if you’re looking for a job with flexibility and purpose, Busy B’s is always hiring. “We’ve got team members as young as 16 and as wise as 72,” Brenna

WHAT DOES

HEALTHY WATER

How does it make a difference to your family & the world?

REALLY MEAN?

U

nhealthy water is the #1 cause of death for children in the world. When we hear this, we think of 3rd world countries, and we should. But, it greatly effects adults as well, and yes, in America – you & me. I am a Chemist & BioChemist, working in the water treatment field for 47 years, both in the USA & 3rd world countries. As Americans, we need to be educated on water.

WATER IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA… TOXINS, HORMONES, & CARCINOGENS

The greatest exposure Americans have to carcinogens is in the shower. Just as the 2nd most effective way to inject a drug into our bloodstream is inhalation, we need to realize that whatever toxins, hormones, and /or carcinogens are in our water, inhalation of shower mists will result in the water contaminants to be absorbed directly into our bloodstream in 3 seconds as we breathe in the shower mist. We should have concerns regarding what is in our city waters, such as pharmaceuticals, hormones, fluoride (among many concerns regarding fluoride is that it is a hormone confuser). And the big one – carcinogens – are formed from the regular breakdown of chlorine in the presence of organics – particularly when potable water sources are lakes & rivers. Well water concerns are heavy metals, mal taste and/or smell, along with viruses & bacteria, depending upon the water.

GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES

Prior to 2004, our home regularly tested over 10 ppm of chlorine in city water from our kitchen faucet. The government did not have strict chlorine guidelines prior to 2004 for potable water. Yet, if a public swimming pool tested over 3.0 ppm of chlorine, it was mandated that everyone get out of the pool. But, the allowable drinking water limit for chlorine by the government is 4.0! The conclusion? We need to selfeducate and take personal responsibility for ourselves and our family.

right on the label – quite different from conventional water treatment systems. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO ASSURE GOOD CLEAN WATER FOR MY FAMILY?

Simple… SpringPure technology.

PROPER TREATMENT OF WATER… AESTHETICS, EQUIPMENT, & HEALTH

As a consulting water chemist to the automotive industry, I had developed a catalytic treatment system specifically for metals removal at a large automotive engine manufacturing plant. The result was that it both saved the need for a $3M waste treatment plant, and potentially kept jobs from moving out of the USA. But the unintended realization was that it was a fantastic treatment system for city and well water, for it would not only remove carcinogens, toxic heavy metals, but also fluoride, hormones, pharmaceuticals, various fertilizers, chlorine, high hardness, mal smells & taste, yet leave in the good constituents of water such as the bicarbonates. This technology, developed by Applied Technologies Resources, referred to as SpringPure, was a breakthrough for affordable, effective residential water treatment. It is so effective, these toxins and more are listed WWW.MYNASHVILLEMAGAZINE.COM
