QWe’d love to hear about your journey from home décor blogger to real estate boss lady! How has your unique background shaped your approach to helping clients find homes that match their styles and needs?

AMy journey from a home décor blogger to a real estate professional has shaped my approach with deep passion and a keen eye for design. I love helping clients find homes that truly reflect their unique styles and needs. From meticulously exploring properties to under- standing clients’ aspirations, I am driven by the thrill of finding the perfect match. By staying attuned to market trends and offering creative solutions, I empower clients to make informed decisions and transform spaces into dream homes. Building authentic relationships and witnessing the joy on clients’ faces is my ultimate reward. My purpose is to connect people with homes that tell their stories, bringing a touch of magic to their journey of finding a place to call their own.

QAs a home expert, what strategies do you employ to ensure that you find the perfect homes for your clients?

AI’ll do everything I can to get my clients from the start, to forever. This includes conducting thorough consultations to understand their needs, conducting comprehensive market research, evaluating properties carefully, maintaining real-time communication, utilizing strong negotiation skills, and providing post-purchase support. By combining these strategies, I ensure a personalized and comprehensive approach to finding ideal homes for my clients, with their satisfaction and happiness as my ultimate goal.

QFamily plays a significant role in your life, both personally and professionally. How have your mother and mother-in-law, who are also realtors, influenced and supported your career? Can you share any valuable insights or advice they have given you?

AHaving a mother and a mother-inlaw both in the industry has been a significant influence and support in my career. They both provide valuable mentorship, industry knowledge, and guidance. Additionally, they understand the challenges and provide emotional support, and helping to care for my son when I am working. I feel so grateful to have them both! Their advice ranges from work-life balance to marketing strategies, inspiring me to excel in the profession and carry on the family legacy. Their influence has been instrumental on many levels in shaping my professional growth and success in real estate.

QThroughout your career as a realtor, what has been the most memorable or unique home that you’ve helped a client find, and what made it stand out from the rest?

AWhile I can recall many standout homes, my favorite memories revolve around the clients themselves. Their unique stories and experiences make each journey memorable, and it’s the joy I witness in their eyes when they receive keys is what truly stands out for me. It’s the clients and their happiness that make my career as a realtor fulfilling and rewarding.

QWith your deep roots in Las Vegas, having been raised here since 1997, how do you foresee the local real estate market evolving over the next year?

AIt’s really amazing to watch the shifts that have come to our “little big city” over the years. When I moved here there was Green Valley and horse ranches. Within the past few years, we have expanded so much by adding a variety of sports teams and infrastructure. I believe we will continue to see a steading stream of people continuing to relocate here and not just for the amazing amenities. It’s very attractive fiscally as Las Vegas offers no state income tax and low property taxes. For those who work remote or can transfer, it just makes sense.
