Welcome to 2023! Is it me or does it feel like this year is already flying by even though it just started?

A new year brings new plans, new goals, and I am so excited to tell you all about what we have going on this year! We recently printed our very first MYAUSTIN issue. Leslie and Daryl are doing an amazing job down there in Austin and we can’t wait to see how the rest of this year unfolds. We will be having our Austin issue release party/introduction in March, and we can’t wait to frequent that city! MYVEGAS is growing and going strong, MYNASHVILLE is starting to get the ball rolling and the momentum is building, especially with the newest purchase of the official home office. That’s right, we have an actual office down there now. Beautiful Magazine is set to release this Spring so keep your eyes peeled for more announcements. Now that I’ve talked about all our other magazines, let’s talk about what’s in this issue. The first issue of the quarter is highlighting the amazing Top Doctors, Dentists and Healthcare Professionals of Las Vegas. These medical professionals always put their lives on the line to keep us healthy, and we couldn’t thank them enough. If you are looking for a doctor, dentist or medical professional, flip through these pages, they come highly recommended.

Also, in this issue we have the Top Real Estate Professionals of Las Vegas. Being a Real Estate Professional in this Las Vegas market can be exhausting! The number of buyers looking for a house, the low inventory, and the median prices going up, it’s like hunting for treasure! Nonetheless, this group of individuals continue to strive for success, and serve the Las Vegas community with their knowledge, determination, and willingness to help you find your dream home. What’s a magazine without events & mixers? We’ve recently introduced our Business Expo Mixer at Emerald at Queensridge. This quarterly expo highlights businesses and connects them with potential new customers. The new issue release awards gala is always a hit, and probably my favorite. Any excuse to get dressed up, right? Hosted at Red Rock Country Club with a food buffet, awards, live music and, of course, the dancing! So much fun!
