House rules
This is a residential condominium.
While we encourage you to have a good time and enjoy the facility, noise after 10 pm outside is NOT permitted. This includes horseplay, TV music and talking loudly. The neighbors will not hesitate to call the police if necessary. In addition, we DO NOT allow parties. No unregistered guests are allowed at the house beyond 10 pm.
Plumbing in the Island is sensitive. Please make sure you are only flushing natural waste. Toilet paper, and non flushable items such as Feminine Hygiene items, wipes, paper towel and trash should be disposed of in a small trash container next to the toilet.
NO SMOKING!!!! Inside the house or on balcony. This includes HOOKAH, tobacco, or Marijuana. If you must smoke, please go out front and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Smoking in the house or finding cigarette butts inappropriately thrown away will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
