GOAL SETTING WITH INTENTION Set yourself up for a healthy + happy year by setting realistic goals that you can stick to. With a plan in place, you're more likely to keep your resolutions and goals. Here are a few steps to get you started: 1. Set a specific goal. If it's weight loss, determine how much you want to lose and set a by-when date. 2. Come up with a plan. Write it down. Then determine how you will navigate obstacles. Having a detailed plan in place will help keep you on track. 3. Be specific about why you want to achieve your goal. When you know the why, it's easier to motivate yourself. Have a visual of what you want to achieve; if it's weight loss, pull out a photo of where you want to be. 4. Share your goal. Tell your family, friends and coworkers and share on social media. They'll cheer you on and motivate you! 5. Be accountable. Have a friend or family member as your go-to buddy to help keep you accountable. Share with them daily. 6. Stop making excuses. Everyone is busy. Stop making excuses about why you shouldn't and instead figure out how you can make it happen. A personal trainer or group fitness classes can help you start! 7. Decide that you are worth it. Because you are! This is your year to shine and achieve that goal!

Unbre ak a bl e i s t he first in a new series by the co-author of the “Beautiful Creatures” series. Fans of the TV show Supernatural will notice the similarities bet ween t he show a nd Unbreakable i nclud i ng t he weapons of choice and even the characters. The act ion is engag ing and fast-paced although the romance involving a love triangle is a bit forced and unnecessary. All in all, Unbreakable is a great read for those looking for a scare.

Question: I am planning to open a small business in 2014. What is the simplest type of business structure? Answer: A sole proprietorship is generally considered the easiest type of business structure. Unlike partnerships, limited liability corporations (LLC) and corporations, sole proprietorship does not require you to file annual reports or obtain and renew a state business license. A lawyer can provide other options and help you decide which alternative is right for your situation. Question: May a person drive in Illinois while visiting from another country? Answer: Yes, if the driver has a valid driver’s license from his or her own country. Note that an International Driving Permit is not considered valid in the State of Illinois.
