ABOUT
MYPSA MyPSA is the abbreviation for the Malaysian Pharmacy Students’ Association. It is a national level organization which reconsolidates various local pharmacy students’ societies under one organization. Being a student-oriented, non-political association, we are concerned entirely with pharmacy education and pharmacy profession, directly and indirectly. A variety of programs and conferences have been planned and implemented in order to strengthen the pharmacy education, pharmacy profession in Malaysia, and not forgetting the relationship between pharmacy students in Malaysia. Therefore, MyPSA acts as an agent to strengthen the Students’ Chapter component and indirectly it is hoped that MyPSA can contribute to the success of the Malaysian Pharmacists Society (MPS).

MyPSA is a national pharmacy student association for that brings together all form of force, collaboration and idea to be executed by whole committee of pharmacy students in Malaysia.
Our mission is to offer future PHARMACIST a comprehensive introduction to global health issues through our programmes and opportunities, we develop culturally sensitive pharmacy students of HEALTH especially drugs information, intent on influencing the transnational inequalities.

TOGETHER- FORMULATING REMEDIES FOR A BETTER TOMORROW 'Formulating' 'Formulating' represents expressing in a very systemic and orderly manner. We create something by putting different parts in terms of workforce diversity and creativity together.

This tenure, MyPSA Subcommittee 2021/22 Welcoming Day aims to give the subcommittees a good start for their journey in MyPSA. This initiative which is filled with workshops presentations by ExCos, ice breaking activities, case simulation workshops and diversity sharing by IPSF APRO Chairperson 2021-22, not only allow the newly selected subcommittees to be able to be properly introduced to MyPSA and our work culture but also allow them to forge new bonds and make new friends from all across Malaysia.

PRESIDENT MyPSA Subcommittee Subcommittee Bonding Bonding Day Day MyPSA 2021/22 2021/22 MyPSA Subcommittee Bonding Day 2021/22 is a platform for all MyPSA Subcommittees to bond and network with one another despite working under different offices and coming from all over 20 local universities in Malaysia. This Bonding Day started with participants' entry and attendance taking and preceded with 2 games session, a sharing session, social media exchange, photography session and feedback form submission.

2nd MyPSA ExCo Bonding Day Day 2021/22 2021/22 Bonding This event serves to enhance the internal dynamic and holistic performance of all 16 Executive Committees within MyPSA for the tenure by physical meet-up and bonding activities. The event consists of three main sessions which are bonding activities, office meeting and sharing session. Throughout these event, MyPSA Executive Committees get the chance to meet each other physically and strengthen the bonds.

VICE PRESIDENT I MyPSA Contact Contact Person Person Training Training 2021/22 2021/22 MyPSA MyPSA Contact Person Training 2021/22 is an annual training held by MyPSA to provide a foundation for Contact Persons to further understand and develop their interpersonal skills related to their job scope. The Executive Committees of MyPSA were invited to provide a more comprehensive training consisting of both MyPSA and IPSF aspects. The Best Contact Person 2020/21 winner was invited to share her experiences and motivate current CP to do their best.
MyPSA National Event Hi-Com Training Training Hi-Com MyPSA National Event Hi-Com Training is first introduced to provide a clear workflow and introduction of MyPSA SOP towards the National Event Organizing Committee.

Let’s Fight Fight the the Fakes Fakes Let’s Collaboration The Fight the Fakes campaign has its objective to raise awareness about falsified drugs, specifically their dangers, as well as their prevalence and management. With this, MyPSA, UPPhA, VNU HCM PO, PSAT, and NUSPS are organizing a two-part project related to Fight the Fakes. The webinar was held on 28th May 2022, followed by a week of infographics dissemination.

VICE PRESIDENT II IPSF APRO APRO x x MyPSA MyPSA Physical Physical IPSF Home Tour Tour Project Project Home Dated on 19th July 2022, the Official Representatives from the International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation Asia Pacific Regional Office (IPSF APRO), Mr Myat Thu Kyaw and the Regional Relations Officer 2021-22, Mr Bill Whilson A. Baljon visited Malaysia for a physical association visit at the Malaysian Pharmacists Society (MPS) Building, Puchong. During the visit, both of them delivered workshops termed IPSF and SEP Workshop and MO Internal to International Workshop respectively to all the members attending the visit.
Pharmandarin 2022 2022 Pharmandarin Ever since the last Pharmandarin 2021 organised in collaboration with PSA-Taiwan, Taiwan, NUSPS, Singapore, and PSAHK, Hong Kong which only involved the Office subcommittees, we have collaborated again in the year of 2022 with different programmes incorporated in the collaboration, that is the health campaigns and the pen pal event. The scale of the programme expanded as in it was opened to all the MyPSA members.

MyPSA 1st 1st General General Meeting Meeting 2022 2022 MyPSA The offical hosts for 2nd MyPSA NPC 2022 are Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Cyberjaya & PharmSA (Pharmaceutical Society of AIMST). On the other hand, the 17th MyPSA NoGAPS 2022 official hosts are Society of Pharmacy Students (SOPHYS). We also have our 15th MyPSA NPSC 2022 (MyPSA National Pharmacy Sport Carnival - 15th NPSC 2022 ) and 5th MyPSA NPRC 2022 (MyPSA NPRC ) progress update in the 1st GM. All MyPSA Awards 2020/2021 winners were announced too.

SECRETARY GENERAL MyPSA 2nd 2nd General General Meeting Meeting 2022 2022 MyPSA The 2nd General Meeting was held successfully in April. Congratulations to UniKL for being elected as the Official Host for the upcoming 8th MyPSA National Pharmacy Debate Competition 2022! In conjunction, the MyPSA Financial Instalment Plan (FIP) is revived to provide financial support to MyPSA members from lower-income families who wish to participate in IPSF International Events. MyPSA will be adopting the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) system where soon, all MyPSA members can view and check their CPD points on the MyPSA website.

SECRETARY II MyPSA Monthly Monthly Newsletter Newsletter MyPSA MyPSA Monthly Newsletter is one of the new projects initiated by Secretary II in this tenure which is published monthly and emailed directly to every MyPSA member. It's a simplified version of MyPSA Newsletter which comprises all the information of events conducted in that particular month.
MyPSA Best Contact Person Award MyPSA Best Contact Person Award is granted annually to develop excellent model qualities of Contact Person (CP) and motivate the smoothness of communication between MyPSA and each local society as well as its respective members. Criteria such as attendance of CP in General Meetings and CP's email etiquette are taken into consideration for the Award. The mark calculation is conducted monthly by Secretary II office based on each criteria parameter for a period of one year. All the calculation is strictly refrained from any source of bias/bribery and the internal information is treated as confidential.

MyPSA Membership Membership Fee Fee Waiver Waiver MyPSA Malaysian Pharmacy Students' Association (MyPSA) is a national level pharmacy student association that was established since February 2005. Constant achievements and improvements would not be possible without all the support from pharmacy students from many different local societies from all pharmacy schools in Malaysia. As an initiative to further improve the welfare of MyPSA members, MyPSA has decided to waive or refund one year membership fees of the selected, eligible, needy MyPSA members so that financial stringency will never be a barrier for all Malaysian pharmacy students to be a part of MyPSA as a MyPSA member.

TREASURER Maybank2U Biz Biz Registration Registration Maybank2U MyPSA has been using cheque for transfer of fund via our MyPSA Official Bank Account which creates many difficulties in fund transfer at a timely and efficient manner. This creates even more challenges during the Movement Control Order (MCO) in which the Malaysian Pharmacists Society (MPS) office is closed and cheque cannot be retrieved from the staff there. MyPSA Treasurer 21/22 has been responsible in liaising with MPS and Maybank for the necessary official approval and documentations required for Maybank2U registration. This has made the process of reimbursement making, bank statements retrieval, international transfer and events' registration and sponsorship checking much easier.
Managing Managing MyPSA EasyParcel EasyParcel MyPSA As a step to save money on deliveries, MyPSA has decided to use EasyParcel to ease our delivery processes for MyPSA merchandise. Realizing how it can benefit other MyPSA events, we have decided to allow other events, such as National Events, Public Health Campaigns and other internal MyPSA events to use it as well. EasyParcel has been topped up with an appropriate amount of money for the usage of MyPSA National Events or Non-National Events parcel delivery at the lowest possible price without remaining too much money in the account.

2nd MHSA MHSA Inter-Professional Inter-Professional Forum Forum & & 2nd Social Gathering Gathering Social This event is a continuous effort by Malaysian Healthcare Students’ Alliance (MHSA) to connect and educate different healthcare profession students on the importance of inter-professional teamwork in healthcare settings. Collab with the Malaysian Dental Students’ Association (MDSA) and Malaysian Medics International (MMI), the theme of ‘Improving Healthcare Service Quality to Meet Future Needs’ was proposed by MyPSA Project Office this year.

PROJECT OFFICE MyPSA Got Got Talent Talent MyPSA MyPSA Got Talent is the collaborative event under Project Office and Networking Office in which it aimed to provide a platform for local pharmacy students to showcase their talents apart from academic excellence and sportsrelated competition other than boosting participants’ selfconfidence.
MyPSA Career Talk Shows Series X Social Gathering Gathering Social MyPSA Career Talk Shows Series X Social Gathering is the new collaborative event under Project Office and Advocacy Office with the theme “Life”. It is a style of sharing by using talk show mode which is aiming to provide information on various pharmaceutical field career pathways to the participants as well as real life simulation game session which offers networking opportunities for the participants.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICE MyPSA Medical Medical Therapy Therapy Adherence Adherence MyPSA Clinic (MTAC) (MTAC) Webinar Webinar 2022 2022 Clinic MyPSA Medical Therapy Adherence Clinic (MTAC) Webinar 2022 is the first ExCo event organized by the Professional Development Office for the tenure 2021/22. The purpose of this event was to provide a clear picture of what MTAC is like towards pharmacy students.
2nd MyPSA Patient Counselling Event (PCE) 2022 2022 (PCE) MyPSA Patient Counselling Event (PCE) is a competition that provides a good exposure to pharmacy students toward the patient simulation case in a fun and interactive way. It is a competition that acts as an initiative to cultivate or equip the students with crucial skills that are required to be a competent pharmacy in the future, which are therapeutic solving and counselling skills.

Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) Quiz Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) Quiz has been one of the flagship events under the Education Office, aiming to raise pharmacy students’ awareness towards Clinical Practice Guideline Malaysia. This year, CPG Quiz is back with a brand-new mechanism with Kahoot session as "Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) Kahoot Competition: Management on Ischaemic Stroke"! The Kahoot Competition Preliminary Round Quiz (Asynchronous) was conducted from 12th February until 28th February 2022 via Google Form, and the first 30 participants who scored 80% and above were entitled to enter the Kahoot Competition Final Round Quiz (Synchronous) which was conducted via Kahoot on Zoom.

EDUCATION OFFICE MyPSA CPR CPR & & First-Aid First-Aid Training Training MyPSA Workshop 2022 2022 Workshop The MyPSA Accredited CPR & First-aid Training Workshop 2022 is a workshop organised by the Education Office of MyPSA. The workshop was held physically on 6th August 2022 at MPS Building in Puchong, with a total of 22 participants and 5 organising committees to provide an opportunity for the participants to master and perform the cardiopulmonary resuscitation, CPR and first-aid skills in real life situations. The workshop was honoured to have Dr Lim Kar Keng & Ms Rubanyah, the trainer and member of Malaysian Red Crescent Society respectively as the trainers.
MyPSA Educational Trip 2022 The MyPSA Educational Trip 2022 with the theme of “A Glimpse into Community Pharmacy” which is one of the most anticipating events under Education Office is back this year! It was held on 17th August 2022, aimed to enhance the critical thinking skills of the participants. As this is a physical event, the participants were given the opportunity to meet up physically and build friendship with other pharmacy students after the pandemic! Besides, this year, we are honored to have CARiNG Pharmacy as our collaborator!

MyPSA Smoking Smoking Cessation Cessation MyPSA Project Project
Smoking Cessation Programme is an event that aims to raise awareness about the importance of quitting smoking and was conducted virtually through a live webinar and an interview video with patients undergoing a smoking cessation programme from mQUIT. Featuring speakers from Malaysia Green Lung Association (MGLA), this programme also highlights the role of pharmacists in facilitating smoking cessation. 25

PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICE MyPSA X X Rhazes Rhazes Telepharmacy Telepharmacy :: MyPSA Webinar on Telepharmacy MyPSA x Rhazes Telepharmacy: Webinar on Telepharmacy with the theme which is Future Trend of Pharmacy: Evolution of New Technologies is a webinar that aims to increase awareness among the community including pharmacy students on the importance of telepharmacy. It is a great initiative for this tenure as the outcome from this event would be greatly beneficial for pharmacy students. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, visits to hospitals have become limited. Therefore, telepharmacy serves as a great initiative since medications can be delivered to a patient’s home safely and without having any physical contact between the patient and the pharmacist. With the help of telepharmacy, patients can also have online consultations with healthcare professionals.
MyPSA Autism Autism Infographics Infographics Competition Competition MyPSA The Autism Infographics Competition will be held from 4th April 2022 to 25th April 2022 to encourage the participants to have a better understanding about autism. The title of the “Autism Spectrum Disorder”. The participants are required to design infographics that are on the topic and then evaluated based on the presentation of the infographics and creativity of the infographics. The registration fee for MyPSA members was free and non-MyPSA members was RM 2. One winner will be selected and awarded RM 30 and a physical cert. There will be a call for a submission document which explains the rules and regulations of the competition. Rubrics will be prepared, and three external judges will be invited to evaluate the infographics submitted by the participants.

Entrepreneurship Month Month Entrepreneurship Entrepreneurship Month 2022, being organised for the second time under MyPSA, is an initiative organised by the Entrepreneurship Office to expose entrepreneurship knowledge and information for pharmacy students and to inspire pharmacy students with entrepreneurship ideas with the theme, Entrepreneurship: Ideas for Tomorrow. During Entrepreneurship Month 2022, we’ll be organising 3 activities which consist of a “Malaysian Pharmacy Student Entrepreneurship Webinar” , “Entrepreneurs Video Competition” and “Entrepreneurship Student Corners”.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP OFFICE Merch-A-Preneur Contest Contest Merch-A-Preneur Merch-A-Preneur Contest 2022 being introduced for the first time under MyPSA is an initiative organised by the Entrepreneurship Office to promote and boost the merchandise sale, while demonstrating a marketing method of MyPSA merchandise, which can be learned by all the participants in order to enhance their creativity traits. With the theme “Merch Up The Style”, participants will be provided an opportunity to display and showcase on how they use or why they like the merchandise, which provides MyPSA a good platform to boost sales of MyPSA merchandise, which eventually helps to bring in profit by merchandise sales.

STUDENT EXCHANGE OFFICE Virtual Jom Jom Buddy Buddy Programme Programme Virtual Virtual Jom Buddy Programme is a 5-week programme which the local students will be paired up with an international student as their buddy to exchange email at least once a week to complete the tasks given. On the final week, the buddies get to attend the Buddy's Night which serves to let the participants to finally see their buddies face to face virtually via Zoom. Interactive activities were held and the participants got to foster bonds way beyond just their assigned buddies but with other participants as well!

MyPSA Annual Annual Newsletter Newsletter MyPSA MyPSA newsletter is a continuous effort of MyPSA which will be published once a tenure. This initiative aims to provide MyPSA members or the external parties more insight on what MyPSA is, MyPSA organisation as well as national and international events that have been held throughout the tenure. PUBLICATION OFFICE MyPSA TV TV MyPSA MyPSA TV is an initiative to showcase and give more exposure to the audience about MyPSA national events and annual events, with a light of hope to boost the participation rate of any MyPSA events in the future through impressive video production and publication. A total of 6 episodes of MyPSA TV had been published during the tenure 2021/22, which include MyPSA National Pharmacy Debate Competition (NPDC), Virtual Winter Student Exchange Program (SEP), MyPSA National Pharmacy Sports Carnival (NPSC), MyPSA National Pharmacy Research Competition (NPRC), MyPSA National Pharmacy Competition (NPC) and Entrepreneurship Month.
MyPSA Online Online Designing Designing Class Class MyPSA MyPSA Online Designing Class is a new initiative under the collaboration between Publication Office and Multimedia Office. It is a 2-day program themed ‘Pharm: Share the Vision’ aimed to create a platform for pharmacy students under MyPSA to learn basic skills in website designing and video editing using WordPress, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects. This program will be hosted virtually and involve 2 speakers throughout the events. With the involvement of experienced speakers, this program is targeted to help participants to discover new ways and improve their skills in creating and editing websites and videos. It is hoped that this Online Designing Class will help the participants that have always been interested to learn about website designing and video editing to start their journey.

My Dear Dear Pharm-Pal Pharm-Pal My My Dear Pharm-Pal with the theme of ‘We’ is the power, was an online virtual study room launched and conducted in Discord. Joined by 55 local pharmacy students of various backgrounds and universities, the virtual study room with a unique design concept leveraging opportunities and supporting information behaviour in a virtual world provided a collaborative space for them to self-study or group-study by joining private or public study rooms with other pharmacy students. The organising committees for this programme consisted of six subcommittee members from Networking Office (NeO) and the virtual study room was conducted from 29th January 2022 till 26th March 2022.

MyPSA Pre-U Outreach Webinar is an event organised under the Networking Office featuring four speakers including working pharmacist, degree - final year pharmacy student, diploma - pharmacy student who is currently doing degree and Networking Officer of MyPSA 2021/22. Targeting mainly preuniversity students including Form 6, matriculation, diploma, foundation, Alevel and secondary schools students, this webinar aims to provide insights on the pharmacy profession and the education pathway to be a pharmacist. It was a one and a half hour webinar held on 28th May 2022 on Zoom platform attended by 60 participants who were passionately engaged throughout the webinar.

DEBATE COMPETITION
The organizer of the 7th MyPSA NPDC 2021 was Quest Pharmacy Students' Society (QPSS), QIU. The event was held online and for lasted 3 days from 23rd - 26th September 2021 via Zoom. The competition could be viewed via YouTube and Facebook through a livestream. The competition mechanism was based on the Asian Parliamentary style 3 versus 3. The theme for this year's NPDC was 'Cultivating Minds for Exceptional Healthcare Practice'. The team from UKM (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia) was crowned the champion. Taylor's Team 2 were the 1st runner-up, while Taylor's Team 1 and AIMST Team 1 were awarded 2nd runner-up. The judges also decided to award Mr. Tee Hung Piao (UKM) with 'Best Final Debater'.

15th MyPSA NPSC 2022 was hosted by IIUM Pharmacy Students’ Society (IPhA), International Islamic University Malaysia, Kuantan Campus (IIUM), for a duration of three weeks on 25th February 2022 - 13th March 2022. 20 pharmacy schools all over Malaysia participated and competed in this event. This sports carnival comprised of virtual sports competitions such as online chess, RxFit challenge , freestyle skipping competition, typing challenge, sports quiz and virtual run. NPSC also held E-sports competitions like Mobile Legend, PUBG competition, Valorant and PES mobile. The overall champion emerged to be Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) followed by Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and the third place held by University of Cyberjaya (UoC).

RESEARCH COMPETITION The 5th MyPSA National Pharmacy Research Competition (NPRC) 2022 was successfully organized by Taylor’s University Pharmacy Students’ Society (TuPSS) from 27th till 28th March 2022 with the theme of ‘Reinventing Research Resilience’. The aim of this event is to give undergraduate pharmacy students the platform to showcase their research ideas and results. Besides, also to encourage students to meet and interact with other MyPSA NPRC participants by sharing ideas and gaining new insights. In this two-day event, the 5th MyPSA NPRC 2022 achieved success with the collaboration of over 16 universities throughout Malaysia. Students from each of these universities were involved in 5th MyPSA NPRC 2022 by participating in NPRC itself, the Young Researcher’s Workshop or Webinar and Forum. There is a total of 3 categories can be participated in NPRC, including Category 1 (Clinical Pharmacy & Pharmacy Practices, Pharmacy Education & Pharmacoeconomics), Category 2 (Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Pharmaceutics) and Category 3 (Proposal presentation). For Young Researcher’s workshop, it was open to the 1st - 3rd year pharmacy students concurrent with a team-building event was prepared for the participants of NPRC main competition.

PHARMACY COMPETITION MyPSA National Pharmacy Competition (NPC) consists of 3 challenges, namely Piala Aishah Compounding Challenge (PA), Pharmacy Quiz Challenge (QC) and Clinical Pharmacy Challenge (CC). This year, Society of AIMST (PharmSA) and Cyberjaya University Pharmacy Students’ Society (CUPSS) was the host of this national event. The theme is ‘Redefining Excellence: Reaching Beyond Boundaries’, which was set together by the University of Cyberjaya and AIMST University. The tagline of the event is Be an Endless Learner, Be a RX Saviour. Piala Aishah Compounding Challenge (PA) and Pharmacy Quiz Challenge (QC) were hosted by the Pharmaceutical Society of AIMST (PharmSA) from 9th to 10th April 2022 and from 16th to 17th April 2022, respectively. The aim was to achieve higher standards in the pharmacy profession with the concept of continuous learning process and exposure to new possibilities. Both challenges consist of the Preliminary Round, Semi-Final Round, Final Round 1 and Final Round 2. The top three (3) winners for PA were Taylor’s Team 1, USM Team 2 and USM Team 1 while the top three (3) winners for QC were IMU Team 1, Taylor’s Team 1 and UoC Team 2.

Clinical Pharmacy Challenge was hosted by Cyberjaya University Pharmacy Students’ Society (CUPSS) from 2nd to 3rd April 2022. The main motivation of organizing this event is to promote healthy competition in terms of clinical knowledge and personal soft skills among pharmacy students nationwide. Also, hopefully with this competition, students will be able to develop critical thinking, evaluation and justification skills in the clinical field. This challenge was conducted in 3 rounds, which is Qualifying Round 1: MultipleChoice Question (MCQ) and Short Answer Question (SAQ), written test, Qualifying Round 2: Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCE) and Final Round: Case Study Presentation. The top three (3) winners for PA were Taylor’s Team 1, Taylor's Team 2 and IMU Team 1.

OF PHARMACY STUDENTS
The 17th MyPSA National Gathering of Pharmacy Students (NoGAPS) 2022 was held to build a platform and create bonds between pharmacy students throughout 20 pharmacy schools in Malaysia. The programme also acted as the platform for students to gain more knowledge and insights regarding the job scope and opportunities available for future pharmacists. For the period of 3 days of the programme, various activities were held such as AirConsole sessions, Let’s Wake Up, Apothecary Museum Challenge, Dash Hunt, Zombie Apocalypse Scenario, Pharmafia and Guess What Am I Doing. Through various activities and AirConsole sessions that were being held, the participants were able to communicate with each other as well as the facilitators. The webinars including workshop, forum and symposium were also held during this 3-day event.

Public Health Campaign Challenge (PHCC) is a national competition held annually by MyPSA during the MyPSA National Gathering of Pharmacy Students (NoGAPS) where pharmacy societies from universities across Malaysia showcase their public health campaigns held within the tenure to stand a chance for the Best Public Health Campaign Award. Tan Kai Sin from UKM and Lee Kah Yee from Taylor’s University won The Best Presenter Award. The Best Public Health Campaign Award was awarded to Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), meanwhile Taylor’s University received the Blood Knight Award.

MyPSA Pharmacy Graduate Career Forum (PGCF) 2022 is an annual event planned and organized by the Advocacy Officer. The PGCF 2022 is, as of this year, themed ‘Our Phuture: Your Pharmaceutical Excellency’ is founded on the inaugural PGCF conducted in 2020 and the virtual forum this year seeks to equip themselves with the knowledge on their career pathways as PRP’s. By being well informed on their pathways, they are able to make the best decision for their PRP training. Besides, it also prepares them mentally from the beginning in facing the challenges and obstacles throughout their careers by having information from the real-life situation.

EXCHANGE PROGRAM Virtual Winter Student Exchange Programme Chill-lah with Malaysia Virtual Winter Student Exchange Programme themed "Chill-lah with Malaysia" was held on the 28th of January to 30th of January via Zoom. It's a three-day programme designed specifically for the international students to know more about the pharmacy settings in Malaysia as well as to foster the bond between the local students from Student Exchange Office and the international students. Pharmacists from MPS-YPC and the lecturer from Monash University were invited to have a total of 4 talks about the 4 major pharmacy field in Malaysia which are community, research, industry and hospital. The participants had a lot of fun during the ice breaking and interactive sessions.

EXCHANGE PROGRAM Physical Summer Student Exchange Programme Under Student Exchange Programme for this summer, we have Physical Jom Buddy Programme which allows the local students from MyPSA to interact with the international students coming here for their exchange programme. The local students were involved in exchanging cultures, knowledge about pharmacy settings in Malaysia, and giving suggestion to them regarding where to go and what to eat while they are here in Malaysia. They get to hangout with them casually as friends such as having meals together or having house visit. Most importantly, we get to travel to Penang together for our SEP trip and the participants really enjoyed it!

ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM Young Entrepreneur Program (YEP) is an initiative organized by the Entrepreneurship Office with the aim to introduce the general idea and concept of entrepreneurship and to inculcate the spirit of entrepreneurship among pharmacy students. The core concept of YEP lies in the business proposal presented in the pitching competition to inspire the students’ ability in introducing, promoting and persuading their business to investors in the future.
YEP has been established for the past 6 years. With the current stability of pandemic, YEP 2022 was conducted back to physical with 3-days YEP. This is a great opportunity for the participants to have more interaction with the experienced leaders and experts in the pharmaceutical sector through various interesting activities and talks. YEP 2022 being the 7th time since its establishment carries the theme of “Prospering Post Pandemic”. With the new theme, all participants were exposed to workshops, team building games and interviewing sessions to understand the business opportunities that would spark after a pandemic and make sure they realize how business would run differently after such an event.

Kaohsiung, Taiwan The 21st IPSF Asia Pacific Pharmaceutical Symposium was held from 9th of July to 16th of July 2022. It is a symposium that caters to over 400 pharmaceutical students and young pharmacists from the Asia Pacific region. It brings together eager and bright minds to learn new innovations, develop competencies and take positive action through a series of academic programs, community and public engagement, and exciting social programs for international networking. This year, Pharmaceutical Students’ Association of Taiwan was the host for the regional symposium. Due to the covid entry restrictions in Taiwan, the symposium was made virtual instead of physical. The general theme of the APPS 2022 is ‘Pharmacists in the Post Pandemic Era: Our Phuture’. In regards to the recent breakthroughs and technological advancements in the fields of pharmacy, healthcare and the global impact of COVID-19 pandemic, APPS 2022 aims to introduce the future trend of and provide a new look of pharmacy and allow them to imagine their future position in this ever-changing world. We have successfully sent 10 delegates from Malaysia to the APPS 2022, including 3 Official Delegates who attended the online Regional Assembly.

IPSF WORLD CONGRESS Hurghada, Egypt The 67th IPSF World Congress was held from 13th of August to 21st of August 2022 physically in Hurghada, Egypt. With the theme of ‘Egypt.. Where the story begins and beyond’, this is the first physical congress IPSF held after the 2 years of pandemic. The congress consists of different kinds of programmes, including Leaders in Training (LiT), educational symposiums, workshops, professional development events, social nights and post-congress tours.

The Egyptian Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation was the host for the world congress this year. The theme for the educational and scientific symposium is External Pharmacy: looking back to its routes and onward beyond the edge of tomorrow.; with the scientific symposium mainly focusing on the theme of Digital health: Together with pharmacy towards safety, prosperity, and innovative possibilities whereas the educational symposium focused on the role of Pharmacist in the age of digital healthcare services, with its impact on patient safety.
We have successfully sent 3 delegates from Malaysia to the World Congress 2022, with the MyPSA Vice President II 2021/22, who is the Official Delegate to represent Malaysian pharmaceutical students in the IPSF 67th General Assembly.

WORLD PHARMACISTS DAY 2022 The World Pharmacists Day is celebrated on the 25th September of every year to pay tribute to pharmacists for their contribution in improving global health. Hence, the Malaysian Pharmacy Students’ Association (MyPSA) had collaborated with the Malaysian Pharmacists Society (MPS) and Jabatan Kesihatan Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur & Putrajaya (JKWPKL&P) to organise a two-day physical World Pharmacists Day event at Sunway Velocity Mall. The event is aimed to promote and advocate for the roles of pharmacists in improving health globally, provide networking opportunities between pharmacists and public and increase the visibility of pharmacists in the public eye.
In order to gain public attention to be aware of the roles of pharmacists, the event was filled with entertaining activities. In conjunction with the World Pharmacists Day’s theme of “Pharmacy United in Action for A Healthier World”, experienced individuals from different pharmacy sectors were invited to speak and discuss on the roles of pharmacists Interactive booths such as health screening booths, MyPSA merchandise and branding booths, as well as and booths by the Ministry of Health (MOH) were setup.

The two-day physical World Pharmacists Day was conducted according to the schedule. Booths and Pharmaland were open from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. The Opening Speech for World Pharmacists Day 2022 was given by the State’s Health Director, (YBrs Dr Nor' Aishah Abu Bakar), MPS President (Mr. Amrahi bin Buang) and the Pharmacy Enforcement Division Director (En. Roeslan bin Ishak) on behalf of the Senior Director of Pharmaceutical Services. The event was open to public and approximately 1000 people were in attendance. During the event, the public was given goodie bags after they registered through Google Forms and visited the booths. The public also has the opportunity to undergo health screening at the Public Health Screening booth set up by the Ministry of Health (MoH), Malaysia and CARiNG Pharmacy. The public displayed high interest and were pleased by the friendliness and professionalism shown by the organising committees. This was evident as adults flooded the Public Health Screening booths, while the children were attracted to the mini activities at Pharmaland. The participants also showed their satisfaction towards the performances prepared such as the Choral Speaking, Live Band performances and the insightful talk shows. Overall, the event was a huge success. The public was satisfied with the event and the organising committee members were appreciative of the opportunity to work together.

Public Health Health Campaign Campaign 2022: 2022: Get Get iMmUnizEd iMmUnizEd Public The health topic of choice of Pharmaceutical Society of AIMST (PharmSA) for PHC 2022 is Drug Immunization and Vaccination. PHC 2022 aimed to raise public awareness of the importance of drug immunization and vaccination apart from answering doubts and clarifying misconceptions from the public regarding drug immunization and vaccination. A variety of activities were organised including physical and virtual events. The physical events were a treasure hunt and a photo booth at AIMST University. Besides, PHC 2022 organised a virtual run, 2 webinars and arranged many interesting activities in PHC 2022 (get_immunized) Instagram story to share knowledge and information of Drug Immunization and Vaccination to the public. Educational poster competition, Tik Tok challenge, as well as kids’ colouring competition regarding health and medication, were also held. As a result, the community is more aware of the importance of drug immunization and vaccination and more people will be protected from infectious diseases.

Public Health Health Campaign Campaign (PHC) (PHC) 2022 2022 Public The Public Health Campaign was organised by IPhA to raise public awareness on hand, foot and mouth disease and to educate the community in the prevention of HFMD and its complications. This event involved all healthcare sciences students, especially pharmacy students in Malaysia. The campaign was a one-week program started on 18 April 2022 until 24 April 2022. Several activities were conducted during this event including forum session, quizzes and video competition. On 21 April and 22 April 2022, HFMD Trivia Part 1 and Part 2 were held virtually through Google Form, respectively. Next, on 24 April 2022 was the video competition submission whereby mainboards were the judges for the video competition. Finally, for the closing ceremony, forum session and winner announcement for HFMD Trivia and video competition were organized. Overall, PHC 2022 was a successful event.

Suicide Prevention Prevention Awareness Awareness 2022: 2022: You You are are Not Not Alone Alone Suicide The public health campaign entitled as “Suicide Prevention Awareness 2022: You Are Not Alone” was organised by Pharmacy Club of Management and Science University (MPhC) in collaboration with Malaysian Pharmacy Students' Association (MyPSA) with the aim of educating and raising awareness of the public more effectively regarding the serioussuicide issues among Malaysians as well as to prevent suicidal cases in future. This program was conducted via both online and offline whereby online mode was mainly for poster competition while the offline campaign was conducted for a 3-day period from 21st March 2022 until 23rd March 2022. Many fascinating activities were conducted such as meaningful talk shows related to suicide prevention together with entertaining quiz and interactive games followed by blood donation session supported by the Pusat Darah Negara. As a result of this campaign, participants had obtained numerous beneficial inputs and concise learning about suicidal issues.

Skincare is is Heathcare Heathcare Skincare Monash University Pharmacy Society (MUPhaS)’s annual Public Health Campaign (PHC) with the theme Skincare is Healthcare has been held for two weeks from the 4th April 2022 - 17th April 2022 on Facebook and Instagram. The aims of this event were to educate the public on the various types of skincare problems and ways to manage them. Throughout the event, various activities were conducted to educate the public on the various types of skin problems and ways to manage them. This includes releasing content posters and videos related to skin problems and ways to manage them. Quiz challenges were conducted to test the participants’ knowledge. Lastly, a Zoom session about skin problems was conducted during the event week. The speaker has shared information about skin problems and some management plans during the session. These activities were conducted in hopes that the content helped educate them on various skin problems and their solutions.

Pharmacy Awareness Awareness 20222022- ‘Know ‘Know Your Your Medicine’ Medicine’ Pharmacy Pharmacy Awareness is an annual event conducted by Persatuan Mahasiswa Fakulti Farmasi (PMFFar), UKM, that aims to enhance the public’s health and quality of life by exposing them to accurate information on the use of medications. The concept of Pharmacy Awareness 2022 is a virtual public health campaign with the theme of ‘Know Your Medicine’, which focuses on the topic of selfmedication. Pharmacy Awareness 2022 was implemented in two phases. The activities held during the First Phase included online competitions such as Open TikTok Challenge, Pharmtag Giveaway and Mini Online Games. Next, the Second Phase took place with the publication of a series of educational videos on the topics of self-medication, the sharing of videos from two pharmacy-related influencers and the live closing ceremony. At the end of the event, the participants have a better understanding of their medicines and are more aware of proper self-medication practices.

Stay Fit, Fit, Stay Stay Healthy Healthy and and Say Say No No to to Obesity Obesity Stay Universiti Malaya Pharmacy Society (UM PHARMSOC) had conducted the annual Public Health Campaign titled “Stay Fit, Stay Healthy and Say No to Obesity” in collaboration with the Malaysian Pharmacy Students’ Association (MyPSA). The event was conducted successfully from 28th March 2022 till 2nd April 2022 with the main aims to raise awareness regarding the alarming issue of obesity among the public. Dengue Awareness Awareness CampaignCampaign- “Small “Small Bite, Bite, BIG BIG Threat” Threat” Dengue From 17th April to 24th April 2022, MAHSA University Pharmacy Students’ Society (MuPSS) organised Dengue Awareness Campaign with the theme of “Small Bite, BIG Threat”. In this campaign, Instagram was selected as the knowledge-sharing platform. Attractive and informative dengue-related content such as its mode of transmission, common breeding site of the vector and early clinical features of dengue were posted consistently throughout the activity period. Poster designing competition and crossword puzzle game were conducted during this campaign too. In addition, this campaign seeks to dispel damaging myths and misconceptions about dengue and to correct misconceptions about this emerging disease. Through this campaign, the public was equipped with the reliable and latest information about dengue disease and preventive measures to overcome this alarming issue. Apart from that, misunderstandings and myths were reduced by providing the public with a platform that is free and easily accessible for seeking accurate dengue-related information.

Mental Health Health Awareness: Awareness: All All Mind Mind Matters Matters Mental SEGi Pharmacy Students’ Association (SPSA) has organised a Public Health Campaign in hybrid mode, titled All Mind Matters to raise awareness on Mental Health among the public in collaboration with Malaysian Pharmacy Students’ Association (MyPSA) and Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH). The event was first conducted with various virtual pre-event activities which were Health App Challenge, Poster Design Competition and Infographic Quiz Competition. In addition, the committee utilised Instagram and Facebook to post posters and mental health related infographics. Subsequently, a physical main event was conducted on 4th June 2022 (Saturday) at Atria Shopping Gallery. During the main event, professional and experienced speakers were invited to give a health talk related to mental health and addressed the participants’ doubts during the Question & Answer (Q&A) session. There were many booths for the public to visit too. In addition, there were also two other physical activities held which were, i.e., Zentangle Art Therapy and Yoga Workshop.

Live Well, Well, Age Age Well Well Live Taylor’s University Pharmacy Students’ Society held a virtual campaign to reiterate the importance of early health investment and its profound benefits towards physical, mental, and social health. With the theme of “Live Well, Age Well”, the campaign aimed to attract participants mainly from the middle age category to identify the importance of health investments and actively take ownership of their personal well-being. A series of pre-event engagement such as mental health support group, medication review & consultation as well as educational posters were released through various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp to promote the event scheduled on 16th April 2022. During the actual event, participants were exposed to expert sharing by pharmacists, dieticians, yoga practitioners, and therapists whereby various health-related topics were covered. After the event, participants were encouraged to undergo health screening, therapy sessions, and volunteering initiatives as a part of their journey to health investment.

‘Kesihatan Nadi Nadi Kehidupan’ Kehidupan’ ‘Kesihatan Karnival Mesra Ubat (KaMU) is an annual public health awareness event conducted by the third year pharmacy students of University of Cyberjaya (UoC). The 12th Karnival Mesra Ubat (KaMU) was held in Kampung Jenderam Hilir, Dengkil, Sepang on 14th May 2022. With the theme of ‘Kesihatan Nadi Kehidupan’ and the focus towards geriatric care, KaMU 2022 aims to share knowledge and create awareness on cardiovascular health, as well as providing insights on cardiovascular diseases. The main activity of KaMU is Home Medication Review (HMR). Apart from HMR, Qigong exercise was also conducted. A seminar on cardiovascular health and coronary artery disease (CAD) was also given by a pharmacist from the Pharmacy Service Division of Selangor Health Department. In addition, individualized health screening tests consisting of BMI, blood glucose and blood pressure were also conducted by Pharmaniaga Squad Operasi Sihat. There was also an interactive booth conducted by ‘Know Your Medicine’ ambassadors from the Ministry of Health Malaysia. The mini library established by the KaMU 2021 committee was also revamped.

A No No To To The The Tobacco, Tobacco, Keeps Keeps You You Away Away From From The The Medico Medico A The Anti-Tobacco Awareness Campaign aimed to increase the awareness of public’s knowledge on the danger of tobacco and emphasize the benefits of a tobacco-free lifestyle. Furthermore, this campaign promoted pharmacists’ role in assisting smokers in stopping smoking. The program was held on 26th May 2022 until 5th June 2022 via online platforms such as Facebook page and WEBEX meeting. This campaign was held for three sessions which were poem competition, forum and quiz competition. A total of 24 students who are members of the program committee have worked hard to make this program a success. This program has increased the participants’ knowledge about the dangers of tobacco and curbed the practice of smoking among the participants. This program has also succeeded in honing the creativity and skills of the participants.

Healthy Heart, Heart, Healthy Healthy You! You! Healthy QIU Public Health Campaign 2022 with the theme ‘Healthy Heart, Healthy You!’ was organized by Quest Pharmacy Students’ Society (QPSS) in hybrid mode from 27th to 30th August 2022 where it was held physically in Aeon Station 18 and virtually via Zoom platform and streamed live to Facebook and YouTube. The organizing committees, comprised of Year 1 and Year 2 students, were able to pull off this event successfully with the assistance of Dean of Faculty, event advisor, club advisor, members of Rhythm Foundation, lecturers and staff of Faculty of Pharmacy. Heart disease is widely known as a silent killer among Malaysians because the disease is fatal and it often shows no symptoms. With this campaign, we would like to create awareness among the public on the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle, and guide them on the proper ways to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle to prevent heart disease. Besides, we would also like to bring forth the beneficial role and intervention of pharmacists in the prevention and management of heart disease and how the interventions improve a patient’s life. As the public are aware towards these issues, the number of heart disease patients in Malaysia can be minimized.

Public Health Health Campaign Campaign 2022 2022 -- Diabetes Diabetes Awareness Awareness Public Campaign Campaign The Public Health Campaign (PHC) 2021/2022 was held in hybrid mode, where it consisted of both physical and virtual activities, while the theme for this year was focused on "diabetes awareness." A total of three main events were executed, including Health Talk, HIIT Diabetes Away, and Blue Balloon Challenge Fundraising. Blue Balloon Challenge Fundraising focuses on promoting diabetes awareness among the public and raising funds for Diabetes Malaysia (DM). These events aim to raise awareness of diabetes among UNM students and public, providing a learning opportunity on how incorporating simple workouts into their daily activities that benefits them in terms of health and to raise funds for the beneficiary. PharmNotts’ Public Health Campaign 2022 - Diabetes Awareness Campaign was held both online and physically with many exciting and engaging activities. Besides building connections and gaining fruitful experience, our organising team has worked to our best abilities to conduct this annual event and achieve the goals envisioned successfully.

VAMPIRE CUP TEMP Every Every Drop Drop Matters Matters -- Taylor's Taylor's University University TEMP TEMP Every Drop Matters has worked in conjunction with Pusat Darah Negara (PDN) in organizing blood donation drive. The event was aimed to encourage the youth to contribute to society by donating blood to Pusat Darah Negara in light of the shortage of blood supply in Malaysia especially during the pandemic. The blood donated will be fully utilized by hospitals to save lives for those who are in need. TEMP Every Drop Matters Blood Donation Drive was held in Taylor’s University The Grand Hall and it was opened to students of Taylor’s University and the general public. The blood donation drive was held on 27th June 2022, Monday and TEMP Every Drop Matters Blood Donation Drive was the first fully physical TEMP event following TEMP Virtual Charity Run: Bé The Light. This event has provided an opportunity and platform for pharmacy students to join physical events, either as a participant or an organizing committee. Hence, this enables Taylor’s University students to be involved in physical event after 2 years of online events. It is believed that pharmacy students will gain experience in coordinating and organizing physical events and prepare themselves for more upcoming TEMP physical events.

VAMPIRE CUP SPSA xx PDN PDN Blood Blood Donation Donation Drive Drive -- SEGi SEGi University University SPSA Blood donation is often viewed as an indispensable component of health care as it contributes to saving millions of lives each year. Since 2017, the SEGi Pharmacy Students’ Association (SPSA) has been actively involved in promoting blood donation every year. However, the event was discontinued in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In view of the lifted movement restriction, SPSA decided to organise a blood donation campaign, titled SPSA x PDN: Blood Donation Drive, in collaboration with the Pusat Darah Negara (PDN). The event was held at the Function Room, SEGi University on 27th April 2022 (Wednesday), from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. This event aimed to raise the public’s awareness regarding blood donation. All students and staff from SEGi University as well as the public were encouraged to participate in the campaign to show their support in ensuring sufficient blood supply in Malaysia.

VAMPIRE CUP 'Program Derma Derma Darah' Darah' -- UniSZA UniSZA 'Program The International Pharmaceutical Student Federation (IPSF) Chapter in coniunction with the Phamacy Student Association of UniSZA held a blood drive st 21 June 2022. This program started at 10.00 a.m with arrival of student and blood donation staff. The venue of blood donation program is held on Student Hall, Faculty of Informatics and Computing, UniSZA CamPus Besut. This program is ended up about 4.30 p.m. being longer than the actual tentative program due to the warm supports especially from the students. Throughout this program, a total number of 139 people who donated blood and a total number of 102 units of blood had susccessfully been collected.
