Our Partner Karen Zando grewup in Elizabeth Township, she ispart of the EF Athletic Hall ofFame, and serves full-time withCru (formerly Campus Crusadefor Christ). She began her workin Ohio with athletes, thentransitioned to Cru’sheadquarters in Florida. She hasbeen a chaplain at 2 SummerOlympic games. Her keyministry role is advancinginternational ministry trainingfor Cru workers, especially incountries that limit access forChristian workers. Covid has notslowed down Karen’s effectiveuse of technology to train andbuild into Cru staff around theworld, though it has groundedher from travel.
