The flow from indoors to outdoors is seamless, and the steep sloping estate vineyard crashes right into the outdoor seating area.

Eric Jensen and his wife Lisa created Booker’s new visitor space to reflect their minimalist philosophy of interfering with the land as little as possible.

The Booker winery is solar powered, and the vineyard is farmed organically. Eric Jensen has practiced organic farming methods since 2006, and in 2021 the vineyard received official CCOF organic certification, the most respected standard of its kind.
