We guarantee your structure will remain free of defects caused by material or workmanship for the following periods from the date of installation:
3 Years – Compass Series Sheds 5 Years – Signature Series Sheds
In the event your structure does not meet your satisfaction, we will repair, refurbish, or replace it, at the discretion of Country Cabins, at no cost to you.
Warranty Conditions and Limitations:
• e Country Cabins warranty only applies to new structures, is nontransferable and applies to the original purchaser.
• e Country Cabins warranty only applies to Country Cabins painted and metal sheds. Unpainted sheds are excluded from warranty coverage.
• Any modi cations made to the structure by the customer voids this warranty.
◦ Examples of modi cations that void this warranty include, but are not limited to: insulation, sheetrock, shelving, electrical & plumbing, and/or moving the building. Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, acts of God such as, but not limited to: tornado, hail, and/ or high winds.
Country Cabins Satisfaction Guarantee
Country Cabins o ers a 100% Satisfaction guaranteed - love it or return it within 5 days a er delivery.
Satisfaction & Guarantee Conditions and Limitations:
• Country Cabins reserves the right to reduce the amount refunded if the shed has been moved, damaged, or modi ed in any way from its original state. Country Cabins will inspect the shed on site prior to moving it and determine if any such changes or damage has been made to the shed and document this on a pickup sheet provided to the customer at time of pick up.
• e structure will be picked up at a time determined by Country Cabins. Our scheduling team will work diligently to get the structure picked up as soon as possible.
• e Customer is responsible for providing access to the structure to be picked up.
• e Customer or authorized representative for the customer must be present at the time of pick up.
