ABOUT CYNTHIA If you listen closely, you might still hear a southern accent or catch me saying “ya’ll”. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, I love Memphis BBQ and am a fan of good old-fashioned Southern Hospitality. It seems like yesterday that I left my southern roots and arrived at Colorado State University to begin a Master’s program in Marriage and Family Therapy. My, how time flies! I have been blessed to live in the Northern Colorado area now for over 33 years!

After living in Fort Collins for several years, my entire family was convinced that life is better here and they moved, one by one, to this wonderful state! My mother, father, brother and sister all call Colorado their home now.

My three boys were born in Fort Collins, and they all still live close enough to come home for an occasional Sunday night dinner - my favorite time! Our family has grown to include my best friend and future husband, Michael, and his two grown sons. What a sight we are at the holidays! We have five awesome young men, all in their twenties.

In 2005, I realized my dream of a career in Real Estate and in this, my 12th year, I can honestly say that I have the best and most fulfilling career ever! There is always something new to learn and awesome people to meet and work with. . . I am truly “Living the Dream!”

For me, one of the most interesting aspects of my career in Real Estate has been the constant and persistent level of change. As the Northern Colorado area continues to grow and develop, my goal is to use my experience and skill to anticipate and prepare my clients for an excellent buying and or selling experience. Over the past 12 years, I have had the opportunity to work with new home construction, first time home buyers, real estate investors, and individuals and families going through all manner of change.
