People who have caught the Colorado dream and are passionate to guide and educate others seeking adventure in Colorado, whether that entails waking up with the sun on an equestrian property or crosscountry skiing in one’s backyard.

Multiple C3 Farm and Ranch agents have earned, or are working toward, the elite designation of Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) from the Realtors Land Institute, the primary organization for professional development of land agents. The ALC designation is the only land-specific designation backed by the National Association of Realtors and requires both a rigorous education program in land transactions and a proven record of transaction performances in land.
