Hi! I’m Dr. Brittany and I am a Naturopathic Doctor based in the Durham Region.
Digestive upset, sluggish thyroids, burnout, fatigue, & hormonal imbalances are some of the common concerns I see in my practice.
I practice Naturopathic Medicine because I am driven by the fact that too many of us have been told “everything is fine” even though we feel in our guts (whether literally or figuratively!) that something is not right.
My personal approach is one that:
-Works to identify the root cause
-Is doable, achievable and sustainable for the long haul
-Involves educating my patients so they understand what is happening in their body
-Implements preventative medicine for long term health and wellness
