At Centennial Bank, our community banking philosophy is not simply a tag line. It represents our mission to consistently exceed the expectations of our customers, shareholders and the communities We are dedicated to being good corporate citizens and we encourage our employees to strive to make a positive impact in the communities we serve. Not only do our employees work in the communities we serve, but they make those same communities their home as well. Said di erently, you have local bankers, making local decisions that continue to enrich the lives our customer base on a daily basis.

Measuring the impact we make as good corporate citizens across our footprint in the 5 states we serve is something we enjoy sharing annually through our Corporate Social Responsibility Report. The follow-ing pages will highlight a few of our initiatives we serve. for 2024.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

At Centennial Bank, we maintain a robust corporate governance framework. This framework is approved and monitored at the highest level by the Bank’s Board of Directors to ensure our company is managed for the longterm benefit of our shareholders.

The Board is comprised of both independent, outside directors as well as internal directors. Our directors possess a variety of skills, knowledge, and experience stemming from their diverse backgrounds and unique perspective on our business.

The Board is ultimately responsible for our adherence to both federal and state laws and regulations. In fulfilling it’s duties the Board has established committees of the Board, as well as management level committees to monitor day to day activities relating to overall compliance.

Centennial Bank serves customers in 218 branches in five states, plus 2 mobile branches, all guided by our mission to consistently exceed expectations.

We are investing in our employees through education and training around regulatory compliance programs, company policies and procedures, software applications and professional development.

Helping young adults achieve the dream of obtaining a quality education is something that we’re deeply committed to at Centennial Bank. Through our partnership with Step Up For Students and the AAA Scholarship Foundation we assist in making those dreams become reality by providing donations to the scholarship programs of both entities that in turn are awarded to high school students from low-to-moderate income households.

In-House Loan Products

The Dream Loan Program and Happy Home Buyer are programs that provide loan options to those who would otherwise not qualify for a mortgage, with 100% financing to first time homebuyers.

195 LOANS FUNDED IN 2024 FOR A TOTAL OF $43,470,156.

A nity Loan Program provides a lender credit to those employed in fields related to education, emergency medical services, firefighting, law enforcement and nursing for their primary home purchase or refinancing.

VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT

In 2024 our Volunteer Spotlight shined on Mary Beth Harris. Mary Beth’s accomplishments were remarkable in amassing 220 volunteer hours for the year to set the standard for what it means to be a community leader at Centennial Bank.

The organizations that she serves includes, Take Stock In Children where she is a member of the board that reviews applications and awards scholarhips to low-to-moderate income students from area high schools. Additionally, she serves on the board of the Upper Keys Rotary Club where she uses her passion for enriching the lives of young adults by helping the club raise money to fund college scholarships.

Her enthusiam for community service and her servant’s heart sets Mary Beth apart from others and we’re honored that she is on our team at Centennial Bank.
