NEWF IS BACK IN BC AND READY FOR SOME ARENACROSS

It’s been a good few years since the BC fans first had the pleasure of watching Nova Scotia’s native Ryan Lockhart compete in Arenacross but since that day he’s become a regular and welcome fixture at the events. Even when a sidelining and potential career ending stubborn knee

injury refused to heel you could still find “Newf” at the events in many roles including but not limited to team manager, mentor, trainer, mechanic and retail rep, putting all of his valuable experience to good use but the roll on top of Ryan’s list would always be competitive pro rider.

Last winter with his knee injury finally behind him, Lockhart was able to compete in Arenacross at Chilliwack once again and when a opportunity arose to step in as a pro rider on the outdoor nationals he was ready for the challenge replacing Machine Racing’s star rider Kyle Keast after Keast’s season was unfortunate ended with injury.

As well as going for the gold in this years Canadian Arenacross Championships Newf will also be holding schools on the event day mornings at some of the 12 AX events scheduled for BC this season. between Cloverdale and Chilliwack from October through February.
