Along the tour, we will get the opportunity to see the Ear of Dionysius, the Greek-Roman Amphitheater, the Siracusa Cathedral, the Temple of Athena, and the mythological Fontana di Aretusa.

After the tour, we will stop for lunch at Trattoria Fiorentina. At registration, please choose from the seafood, meat, or vegetarian/vegan meal option.

The town of Agrigento is known for its spectacular Valley of Temples and the sacred area of ancient Akragas, one of the most important colonies of the Greek Empire. Join us for a tour of Agrigento's Valley of the Temples, followed by lunch on the beach at Bellavista at San Leone Beach. Please choose between the meat or fish option upon registration.

Get ready for some fabulous views of the west side of Mt. Etna! On this tour, we will drive along the west side of Mt. Etna to stop at the historic town of Randazzo. Take the opportunity to tour the town by following our tour escort, or shop at the main square. Following the town tour and shopping, we will head to Patria winery for lunch and a wine tasting.

Experience the breathtaking cathedrals of Palermo and Monreale! Palermo's cathedral houses a unique mixture of architectural styles on a grand scale, where you can witness eight periods of art in one single setting. Monreale is home to intricate, awe-inspiring biblical mosaics decorating the nave of this cathedral. For those who are feeling brave, there will be an opportunity to tour the Capuchin Catacombs. Please note, there is an additional entrance fee of 5 euro for the catacomb tour.

Summit Mt. Etna and enjoy the view of Sicily from the top! This 8-hour, round-trip hike will take participants to the summit of Mt. Etna at a height of approximately 3,250 meters (10,725 ft). Due to the nature of the trip, there are a very limited number of spots. Please remember to bring water and additional euro for food.

Lemon Farm Hike and Lunch Depart: NAS II 8:30 am, Marinai 8:45 am, NAS I 9:00 am Return: 5:00 pm Cost: $80 (Includes transportation, guide, BBQ lunch and granita) Take in the spectacular views of Catania and Taormina with an easy 2km hike along the Timpa, a natural cliff created from the movement of one of the biggest faults in eastern Sicily. The hike will lead to a local lemon farm where one of the few Granita Masters still in existence will teach the group about this delicious specialty, and treat us with a freshly prepared batch of lemon granita.

Here, we will also enjoy a lunch comproised of traditional local entrees and sweets.

Etna, where patrons will have the opportunity to see the ruins of Byzantine Churches (600 AD) and walk along the bed of the river.

After the hike, we will enjoy a private lunch in the modern Tornatore Agriturismo/Winery, where patrons can enjoy homemade macaroni, local cheeses, wine, and homemade sweets. Please remember to bring additional euro, as there will be an opportunity to buy wine from the Agriturismo.
