Lizz Best Recreation Aid - Fitness Center Lizz is a thoughtful and dedicated employee of the MWR Sigonella Fitness team. Some customers have even said they consider her a friend by how kind she treats them. She is self-sufficient and makes sure she is knowledgeable on all MWR Fitness programming and policies to ensure she can communicate them effectively to the customer. She is flexible in her schedule to support the demanding needs of the Fitness Center hours to support our Sigonella community. She has also been resilient and understanding during all of the facility and COVID-19 mitigation changes. Lizz is solution-oriented and always finds a way to "yes" for her supervisors and customers.
