Auto Maintenance Class: Oil Change Time: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Ages: 18+ Cost: $5 Learn how to change the oil and filter in your vehicle with hands-on instruction. This class includes guidance on how to drain old oil, replace oil filter and other maintenance tips to keep your vehicle in good condition. You must bring your own oil and filter (NEX Auto Port no longer sells oil). Registration is not required, but the cost of the class is $5.00 per person.

Car Facts Report Cost: $25 per car Our staff will put your car through a 30+ point assessment that will tell you everything you need to know before buying or selling the car.

Wrap & Go Station Presents can’t wrap themselves, but we can do the next best thing for you – provide all the wrapping supplies! The Liberty Center will have a wrapping station set up for you to come wrap all those gifts for your loved ones.

Twelve Working Days of Christmas Location: NAS I & NAS II Time: 12:00 - 1:00 pm Cost: Free Santa says to dust off your sleuthing skills! Figure out the daily riddle posted on our MWR Sigonella Facebook page at 12:00 pm every day in order to find one of the hidden golden tickets. Every golden ticket will be redeemed for a special prize at the Liberty Center. You'll have so much fun during this daily scavenger hunt you'll be singing like a Partridge in a Pear Tree!

Christmas Day Movie Marathon Location: Liberty Center Cost: Free Stay in your festive holiday pajamas and head over to the Liberty Center to kick back and watch all your holiday favorites!

Jump Into the New Year Challenge A daily fitness challenge will be posted to the MWR Sigonella Facebook page. Participants are encouraged to complete these daily challenges and share a completion video or photo with us in the discussion section.

Videos can be up to 1 minute in length. For every day that a challenge is completed, our MWR Fitness Staff will award one point to participants who share their results with us. At the end of the 10 day challenge, all participation points will be tallied up and a prize will be awarded to the individual with the best participation score. If there is a tie, names will be drawn to select one winner.

No-Sew Ornament Design Location: MWR Classroom Time: 5:00 - 8:00 pm Cost: $25 Every ornament is made using Styrofoam shapes, fabrics and pins. All materials will be supplied, with color choices available. The ornaments are also great gifts for family and friends!

Cookie Decorating: 3D Christmas Tree Location: MWR Classroom Time: 5:30 - 7:30 pm Cost: $35 Sign up By: December 15 Dreaming of sugar plums, candy canes, and all things jolly? Why not kick off the holidays by learning how to make a 3D Christmas tree cookie? Participants will learn various cookie decorating and design structure techniques. To register, please visit the Community Recreation on NAS I or call 624-4777. Special Parent and child combo pricing is available.

Holiday Cupcake Decorating Class Location: MWR Classroom Time: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Cost: $35 Join MWR to create your very own magical Christmas treats. Daniella from Daniella's Little Bakery will teach participants how to create and design Christmas themed cupcakes in this 2 hour class. At the end of the class, participants can enjoy their creations themselves or take them home to share with family! Cost is $35 per person.

Grab and Go Holiday Crafts Are you looking for a fun, hands-on activity to keep you entertained? If so, the MWR Library has just the thing! This December, the MWR Library is offering Grab & Go Craft Kits for you to enjoy from the comfort of your home. Every week throughout the month of December, we will feature a new Grab and Go Craft theme. Simply stop by the MWR Library to pick up your crafting supplies! Please note, this program is limited to one kit per person weekly and is only available while supplies last.

Bowling Pin Holiday Decorating Participants are invited to pick up the a retired bowling pin from Spare Time Bowling between December 1 December 10 Monday-Friday between 10am - 4pm to take home and design. Submit a picture of your festively decorated bowling pin on our MWR Sigonella Facebook event page by December 11. Decorated bowling pins will be featured on our MWR Facebook page from December 14 - 17 for public online voting. The photo from every age group with the most likes will be deemed our winner! Winners will be announced on December 18 and awarded with free bowling passes!

Marinai 6:00 - 7:00 pm Santa is coming to town! With a special escort from our friends at the Sigonella Fire Department, Santa will be making his way through the streets of Marinai to spread holiday cheer with his team of elves! North Pole Mailbox at Midtown Write your own letter to Santa, or use our template. Don't forget to include your FPO address so Santa knows where to write back to you! Once your letter is finalized, simply drop it off in the North Pole Mailbox in Midtown. Wait for Santa Claus to write back to you!

DEC 14-16 Cocoa & Gingerbread Cookie Grab'n'Go
