CYP EMPLOYEE OF THE

MONTH

Although Shatina is a newer Child and Youth Programs employee, she has been a rockstar at the CDC these past few months. CYP had its unannounced CNIC inspection in November, and Shatina was recognized by the inspectors as a model staff who showed tremendous patience and support to the children she was working with. She had such great interactions, they thought she was a primary educator in the room. Her enthusiastic attitude and readiness to always lend a hand, whether by being ready to clock in early or stay late to help the center ensure ratios are maintained, are just some of the reasons she deserves this award. Congratulations Shatina and thank you for

all that you continue to do!
