We will cross ancient citrus and carob groves to a rustic farmhouse for a light lunch where local cheeses, wines and other specialties await!

New Year's Manifestation Workshop Location: Chart Room Time: 6:00 - 8:30 pm Ages: 16+ Cost: $40 Reflect on the past year with gratitude and let go of whatever is needed to make 2022 the best year yet! During this workshop, participants will be guided by a certified Breathwork Facilitator in a session focused on bringing in abundance and gratitude. Breathwork is like mediation for the body. Its many benefits include stress and anxiety reduction, relationship deepening, toxin reduction, energetic release within the body, organ revitalization and release of trauma and stagnant energy that is stuck in the body. Along with breathwork, participants will work on our manifestations for the upcoming year through journaling. Participants are encouraged to bring yoga mats, however, additional mats will be available at the event. Please note, for women who are 20+ weeks pregnant, doctor approval is required.
