MW warrants to the original purchaser 2 years coverage for material and /or structure of standard stock items (toolboxes, trays & canopies), as well 1 year for spare parts (locks, gas struts, hinges, bolts) from the date of purchase. Component found to be defective will be repaired or replaced by MW without charge for either parts or labour.

MOTOP WARRANTY
MW Manufacturing and MOTOP, offers a 24-month warranty on structural and 12-month warranty on accessory components of the Motop by MW Roof Top Tent, covering manufacturing faults and defects from the purchase date. Claims for improper installation must be made within 72 hours postproduct release due to subsequent exposure to variables like off-road driving, unauthorized modifications, and potential tampering beyond our control. Our warranty process allows for the repair or replacement of faulty items at our discretion, with proof of purchase required.
The warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, extreme weather, modifications, lack of maintenance, jammed zippers, saltwater, car wash chemicals, and mould from condensation. Although designed to withstand normal rain and storm conditions, our products may not hold up against severe weather events if parked outside with no coverage or protection. This comprehensive coverage ensures customer satisfaction and peace of mind, highlighting our commitment to quality and service.
