• THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO INCREASE DONATIONS FOR NOVA SOUTHEASTERN BY OFFERING AN UNMATCHED DONOR GIFT INCENTIVE PROGRAM . BY CREATING A COMPELLING AND CUSTOMIZED INCENTIVE PROGRAM , WE AIM TO :

• ATTRACT NEW DONORS TO SUPPORT NOVA SOUTHEASTERN .

• ENCOURAGE EXISTING DONORS TO INCREASE THEIR DONATION AMOUNTS .

• STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS WITH DONORS AND IMPROVE OVERALL DONOR RETENTION .

• ESTABLISH OUR COMPANY AS THE FULL-SERVICE MARKETING PARTNER FOR NOVA SOUTHEASTERN .

• A FULLY DESIGNED COMPREHENSIVE DONOR INCENTIVE PROGRAM, OFFERING VARIOUS TIERS OF DONOR GIFTS TAILORED TO DIFFERENT DONOR SEGMENTS.

• COMPLETE ARTWORK AND DESIGNS FOR DONOR INCENTIVES, INCLUDING PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND VISUAL MOCK-UPS.

• TURNKEY IMPLEMENTATION PLAN, INCLUDING PRODUCTION, PRINTING, AND FULFILLMENT SERVICES TO DELIVER DONOR INCENTIVES.

• CUSTOMIZED MARKETING CONTENT TO PROMOTE THE DONOR INCENTIVE PROGRAM.

• PROGRESS MONITORING AND REPORTING FOR THE INCENTIVE PROGRAM, TO TRACK ITS EFFECTIVENESS IN INCREASING DONATIONS.

• THIS PROJECT WILL BE COMPLETED WITHIN A 3-MONTH TIME FRAME , WITH THE FOLLOWING MILESTONES :

• MILESTONE 2: IDENTIFY APPEALING DONOR INCENTIVES .

• MILESTONE 3: FINALIZE DONOR INCENTIVES DESIGN AND ARTWORK BASED ON RESEARCH INSIGHTS

• MONTH 2

• MILESTONE 4: ASSIST DEVELOPING A COMPLETE MARKETING CONTENT TO PROMOTE THE INCENTIVE PROGRAM .

• MONTH 3

• MILESTONE 5: IMPLEMENT FULFILLMENT SERVICES FOR DONOR INCENTIVES .

• MILESTONE 6: DELIVER THE DONOR INCENTIVE PROGRAM AND TRACK ITS EFFECTIVENESS .

• INACCURATE IDENTIFICATION OF DONOR PREFERENCES LEADING TO LESS EFFECTIVE INCENTIVES.

• DELAYS IN PRODUCTION, PRINTING, AND FULFILLMENT PROCESSES IMPACTING PROJECT TIMELINES.

• INADEQUATE PROMOTION OF THE INCENTIVE PROGRAM LEADING TO LESSER VISIBILITY AMONG POTENTIAL DONORS.
