This location, situated across from a high school, provides an ideal gathering spot for students and parents while fostering economic growth through the inclusion of revenue-generating retail establishments. This project combines urban revitalization with sustainable economic development, urban functionality, and environmental responsibility.

PERSPECTIVES:

Perspective rendering showcases the transformation of a parking lot into a vibrant hub of mixed-use shops and a central gathering space. The center includes water-wise fountain. Instead of traditional water flow, the fountain's upper tiers are adorned with low-water and low maintenance plants.
