WAGE INCREASES:
You’llreceivea5%wageincreaseaftersuccessfullycompletingeachleveloftechnical training
You’ll receive an additional 5% increase after 6 months (roughly 1,000 work hours) following thecompletionofeachlevel.
Wage progression continues in these increments until you reach 90% of the Journeyperson rate
RED SEAL CERTIFICATION:
Once you’ve successfully completed levels 1-4 technical training, the Interprovincial (IP) Red Seal Exam, and completed 6,360 work-based hours, you will be signed off as a Red Seal JourneypersonMillwright.
