Prayer of Illumination Tammy Than God, from the beginning, You were the Word. You sent Your only Son to save us all, and Jesus surrendered Himself in obedience to be crucified. As I study Your written Word, grant me the gift of understanding and of unshaken faith in You, and how to live accordingly by Your Spirit.
