Mnemosyne Phrases was commissioned by Valaisia Brass Band for the Swiss National Brass Band Championship in KKL Luzern 2025. In the ancient Greek myths Mnemosyne was the goddess of memory. She gave birth to the nine muses of art. Art is a result of the memory. Without remembering, without memories we can not create.. This piece is just one example of how this works: Musical memories are transformed through my creativity to become a piece of music
