The modern Order of St John’s Annual Reports were produced in printed form from 1868. This volume contains: the Report of the Chapter-General of the Priory of the Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem in England, Report of the Committee of the British Ophthalmic Hospital in Jerusalem, and the Report of the Central Executive Committee of the St. John Ambulance Association.
Interesting content to note is the mention of a new badge instituted for the rank of Donat in the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, and details of individuals awarded the Life-Saving Medal their reasons for being awarded.
