It is with great pleasure that I introduce the 2015 London Art Biennale.

Prior to viewing the selected works for 2015, I pleasantly reminisced about my visit to the previous offering; a beautiful and stimulating exhibition that eloquently captured and encompassed contemporary art of all cultures and traditions.

I was able to experience wonderful and diverse works by more than one hundred very talented artists selected from all over the world, within a unique opportunity of being enriched by infinite ideas, stories and forms of expression by true artists that communicate their creativity with the utmost passion and originality.

THE LEGACY OF SALVADOR DALĂ?

Following the quality and diversity of what I had seen in 2013, I was unable to predict and frankly did not know what to expect from the Gagliardi team in 2015.

In hindsight and following my wonderful perusal of the works that will be presented in this edition of the Biennale, I am proud to confirm that the Biennale 2015 offers an engaging and at times surprising array of contemporary art that can easily be defined as an international window into creativity the world over.

It is also with great pleasure that my art will be present alongside the Biennale artists following my participation at the Festival of the Two Worlds in Spoleto, where my paintings were exhibited with works by Nobel Prize winner Dario Fo and curated by Professor Vittorio Sgarbi, the leading Italian art critic.

In light of the artwork, the majestic location of the magnificent Chelsea Old Town Hall and Roberto Gagliardi’s 40 years of experience, the Biennale 2015 will certainly be a milestone for 21st Century art. Due to the rigorous selection of the work and the elegant and consistently unrivalled artistic and curatorial study by the Gagliardi team, I foresee an exhibition of the highest quality.

In this Biennale, I feel like a humble yet curious spectator who will inject my father’s strength and passion into the already complex and provocative juxtaposition of artworks; a passion that can be seen in the image, that is close to my heart, of me with Salvador that Roberto kindly wished to publish in this Preface.

However, I present my works respectfully, due to the immeasurable talent captured by the London Art Biennale 2015.
