As a senior at Denton High School in 1982, Scott Brown purchased his very rst rental house. Saving his money while working as a bus driver for years, and with some creative nancing, he was able to purchase 10 rental homes by the time he had graduated college at the University of North Texas. is was just the beginning! By 1992, this young entrepreneur opened Scott Brown Properties. And his business continued to ourish! In 1999 Real T Team was started, and by 2002, Scott Brown Commercial was established.

Scott says he learned so much about business from his father, Dale Brown, who was also a successful businessman from Denton. Dale was and continues to be Scott’s encouragement and mentor… and still gives him good advice!

So what makes Scott Brown so successful? For almost three decades, Scott Brown Properties has been dedicated to providing the residents and property owners of Denton County the highest quality service. Scott’s leadership and diligence of his employees is what has allowed his company to be successful and continue to grow.
