Inspections: All sale lots will be penned for viewing from 9am on sale day at the Wagga Livestock Exchange. Phone/Internet Bidding: Phone bidding can be arranged by contacting selling agents H Francis & Co prior to the sale on 0407 029 845 (Patrick McCrohon). The sale will also be interfaced with AuctionsPlus. Please ensure you have registered or made alternative bidding arrangements prior to sale day to prevent disappointment. Outside Agents: Outside agents rebate of 3% is available, provided arrangements are confirmed with the vendor prior to sale day. Transport: Falls Livestock Transport is the recommended carrier. Other local carriers may also be arranged. Buyers must complete the instruction slip in the catalogue before leaving. Verbal instructions will not be accepted. GST: All sales are ex GST. 10% GST will be added to the purchase price. Guarantees: Crush side fertility testing has occurred on all bulls and all lots are sold as fertile and capable to breed under normal conditions. Any claim relating to fertility must be made within 12 months from date of sale and accompanied by a vet certificate. Infertility resulting from disease or injury are ineligible for claim. If the animal proves infertile, the vendor will either provide a mutually agreeable replacement, or issue a credit equal to the purchase price, less salvage value. Discrepancies should be directed to the vendor. Risk & Responsibility Release: Participation in the sale is at your own risk. Livestock handling involves inherent risks, and the organisers, agents, and venue owners accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, livestock, or property. By attending or participating in the sale, you accept full responsibility for your safety and agree to indemnify the organisers and venue from any claims arising from the event. Insurance: Cattle become the buyer’s responsibility at the fall of the hammer. Achmea Farm Insurance will be available on sale day to arrange cover. Catalogue: All details in this catalogue have been provided by the vendors and are believed to be correct, yet prospective buyers should make their own enquiries. The sale committee accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies.
