The Warrior™ hose is a revolutionary attack hose built to conquer the heat of modern res. Independent lab tests prove the Warrior™ can withstand extreme heat for extended periods. But it’s not just about survival; the Warrior™ delivers exceptional water ow, kink resistance, and handling –even under pressure. This translates to a hose that performs exceptionally well, even in the harshest environments. Equipping re ghters with the Warrior™, is helping to increase re ghter and civilian survivability in res. The Warrior™ sets a new standard for high-temperature attack hoses, proving itself to be in a class of its own.
Neither the para-aramid ber nor the inner lining of the Warrior hose contains PFAS (per-and-poly uoroalkyl substances).

Built to last, this rugged hose is constructed with incredible strength and long-lasting performance in mind. The Gladiator™ performs well at high or low pressures, has a smooth and enhanced waterway for better ows, and less kinking than other products on the market.

Gladiator™ FGN is one of the leading attack lines in the industry. Built to last, this rugged hose is constructed with extruded thru-the-weave nitrile rubber liner with a durable outer polyester jacket, providing incredible strength and long-lasting performance. The Gladiator™ FGN performs well at high or low pressures and has a smooth 1.77” waterway for less kinking than other products on the market. Both the nitrile rubber thru-the-weave inner lining and outer jacket are proudly made at our factories in Pennsylvania, USA.

LIGHTWEIGHT POLYESTER DOUBLE JACKETED HOSE
This double jacketed municipal grade re hose incorporates a lightweight polyurethane liner that meets all the requirements of NFPA 1960. It is designed for use as an attack handline hose and can be used for potable water transfer in an emergency. This double jacketed re hose is manufactured in accordance with NFPA 1960 Standard, latest edition within our ISO-9001 certi ed quality assurance system. This hose is a great economical choice for departments of any size.
FEATURES
• Double jacketed municipal fire hose made from 100% high tensile strength ring-spun polyester yarn. A polyurethane liner reduces weight while remaining kink resistant.

POLYESTER SINGLE JACKET EPDM RUBBER LINED HOSE
The super-duty 5P™ is an excellent all-around performer: Strong, exible, and ideally suited for all exterior and interior re ghting applications. It delivers medium pressure and high-end performance at a value price point. 5P™ is a polyester single jacket hose with a rugged Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber liner that can handle most uids, including some petrochemicals. It boasts a maximum operating pressure of 250 psi (1723 kPa) and can be enhanced with optional Dura-Cote™ treatment for a higher level of abrasion resistance.

The cover is inserted inside the tight-weave reinforcement, vulcanized, and turned inside out. The liner is then inserted and the hose is vulcanized for a second time to form a bond of all three plies, guaranteeing a consistent, compact hose wall. The Snap-tite TPX™ is highly resistant to both conductive and radiant heat.

Manufactured in a similar process as TPX™, ATX™ utilizes a 3-ply design where the cover and liner are extruded independently and double vulcanized to guarantee a consistent, compact hose wall. The polyester reinforcement can then be woven tighter, making this hose more resistant to puncture while also being easier to pack and store. ATX™ has a stronger jacket which increases the service test pressure of the LDH sizes to 300 psi (2068 kpa).

EXTRUDED NITRILE RUBBER ATTACK HOSE
HFX™ is a nitrile thru-the-weave, rubber covered re hose that utilizes polyester and nylon 6.6 yarn in the reinforcing jacket. Under pressure, the polyester keeps the hose from snaking, while the nylon allows for controlled dilation, reducing friction loss, and generating higher ow rates. Our special rubber compound provides a tough cover that resists heat, abrasion, snags, and hot embers. The interlocking matrix also means no adhesives are used and there is a permanent bond to all the warp and weft yarns. The Snap-tite HFX™ is highly resistant to both conductive and radiant heat.

EXTRUDED NITRILE RUBBER SUPPLY HOSE
HFX™ is a nitrile thru-the-weave, rubber covered re hose that utilizes polyester and nylon 6.6 yarn in the reinforcing jacket. Under pressure, the polyester keeps the hose from snaking, while the nylon allows for controlled dilation, reducing friction loss, and generating higher ow rates. Our special rubber compound provides a tough cover that resists heat, abrasion, snags, and hot embers. The interlocking matrix also means no adhesives are used and there is a permanent bond to all the warp and weft yarns. The Snap-tite HFX™ is highly resistant to both conductive and radiant heat.

The outside jacket utilizes a tight weave that is less likely to “catch” while dragging through the work site and helps to reduce kinking at low pressures, keeping the ow constant. The EPDM liner is inert to most chemicals, is inherently ozone resistant, and won’t degrade or crack. 8D™ also has a wide temperature range; capable of being used both at a mine in Alaska or a construction site in Arizona.

Traditionally, manufactured extruded hose can vary in thickness, becoming bulky and heavy. TPX™ utilizes a 3-ply design where the ribbed cover and smooth nitrile liner are extruded independently. The cover is inserted inside the tight-weave reinforcement, vulcanized, and turned inside out. Manufactured in a similar process as TPX™, ATX™ utilizes a 3-ply design where the cover and liner are extruded independently and double vulcanized to guarantee a consistent, compact hose wall. The polyester reinforcement can then be woven tighter, making this hose more resistant to puncture while also being easier to pack and store. ATX™ has a stronger jacket which increases the service test pressure of the LDH sizes to 300 psi (2068 kpa).
