DESIGN BRIEF
3 1 Mixed-use high-rise building in the City Centre of Bulawayo
In a bullish move, a renowned Pension Fund scheme has decided to extend its investment into property in the future of Bulawayo. They have thus decided to take advantage of the declining property rates and develop a mixed-use complex to include office space, retail facilities, and residential areas. Due to the scarcity of space in the city of Bulawayo, they have decided to erect a high-rise mixed-use complex comprising office space, residential suites, and a shopping mall on the periphery of the city
3.2 RENTABLE SPACE
Retail Spaces, 1xCinema, Food outlets, Anchor shop, Conference rooms, restaurants etc
3.3 PARKING AND ANCILLARY SPACES
Adequate and appropriate parking spaces should be provided for the Staff, Visitors, Deliveries and Dispatch on the site Basement parking with a minimum capacity of 100 bays including provisions for disabled users.

4.0 THE PROJECT
You have been commissioned to design a High-rise Contemporary Complex which will provide rentable Retail, Administrative and Parking space in the City of Bulawayo. The Building should be versatile to be used by corporate organizations as well as small to medium office space
