OZONE OXYGEN The basic active ingredient that makes our cosmetics revolutionary is obtained from OZONE, O3. Ozone therapy is currently a globally recognized science but treatments are rather invasive and involve injecting the ozone gas directly into the tissues that, as it breaks down, activates the beneficial properties for cells. Our products durably contain ozone active principles thanks to a patented and exclusive production system. Having synthesized the active and beneficial properties of ozone permanently inside Oxygen Revolution creams, serums and gels makes it possible to enjoy the benefits of ozone therapy in a simple and non-invasive way. The ozone derivatives are absorbed by tissues, accelerate and strengthen cell metabolism by amplifying the action of the other active ingredients, act as a booster and natural carrier taking with themselves the other healthy substances to the various layers of the epithelium.

Vitamin A is a fat-soluble substance acting on the skin and is able to stimulate some specific enzymes that improve skin thickness. It regulates tissue growth, improves skin brightness, helps reducing wrinkles.

Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is one of the most potent antioxidants found in nature. It prevents damage caused by free radicals and stimulates collagen biosynthesis by slowing down the cellular aging process. Effective in the treatment and prevention of skin aging and photoaging.

Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant that neutralizes the reactivity of free radicals by blocking the reactions that determine oxidative stress. Collagen is a resistant and elastic protein that is widely distributed in the dermis (the deepest layer of the skin) to provide support. Collagen gives the skin elasticity, keeping it firm and compact. The reason for this is that it is found in the extracellular matrix of the dermis, which is an intricate network of molecules responsible for the “physical” structure of the skin itself. Thus, collagen cements the cells of the skin tissues and also contributes to their constant renewal.

It is used in cosmetics mainly for its slimming properties and is widely used in anti-cellulite or slimming products because it acts on localized adiposity. This alga is rich in iodine which, together with the other substances contained in brown algae, once absorbed into the skin promote microcirculation and stimulate the metabolism of the basal lamina, eliminating toxins with an immediate effect on skin tone and hydration.

Keratin is a fibrous protein made up of long chains of amino acids, mineral salts and vitamins. It is the protein present on our stratum corneum, the most superficial layer of our skin and is the main element of hair and nails. It creates a barrier against mechanical stress and against microorganisms and bacteria thanks to a weakly acidic pH. It also represents a barrier against UV rays protecting the skin also from thermal changes

Since ancient times, witch hazel (Hamamelis virginiana) has been used by Native Americans to treat a variety of conditions including insect bites, muscle aches, cuts, rashes, sunburn, hemorrhoids and bruises. Witch hazel inhibits enzymes that degrade elastin and collagen (elastase and collagenase); this effect helps to keep the skin firm and flexible and also promotes wound healing.

Hyaluronic acid is the molecule of youth, it stimulates the formation of collagen and connective tissue, ensures optimal skin hydration, gives the skin tone, softness, elasticity and resistance. By retaining and absorbing moisture, hyaluronic acid works on two skin levels: in depth it returns volume to the skin making it plumper and more filled while the skin’s surface layer is softer and more elastic. The result is a skin with a healthier, younger and more compact appearance. It also stimulates the fibroblasts to increase the production of collagen which, together with elastin, is one of the fundamental proteins for the skin structure.

Several active ingredients are extracted from centella leaves that are beneficial to the body: they contain flavonoids, phytosterols, mineral salts and tannins but it is mainly the triterpenic acids (madecassic acid, Asian acid) and the triterpene saponins that are used for curative purposes. Several properties are attributed to them, which make gotu kola a medicinal plant with thousand uses. It stimulates venous circulation by improving the elasticity of veins and the reabsorption of interstitial liquids thanks to its phlebotonic and anti-edema properties, improves blood vessel tone making veins less fragile thanks to its vasoactive properties and stimulates collagen production by promoting tissue healing.

HYDROLYZED PLACENTA Placental extracts contain amino acids and glycosamicoglycans that are precursors of the basic substance of the dermis and proteins, and have proved to be useful in the re-epithelialization processes by activating cell synthesis. The active components penetrate well through all layers of the skin and mucous membranes, nourish the tissue, accelerate metabolic processes and, in the presence of inflammation, offer rapid resolution by accelerating blood flow. Toxins do not accumulate in cells but are quickly removed from them. It boosts local immunity. The placenta hydrolyzate accelerates energy processes in the tissues and the damaged surface is restored more quickly due to the accelerated production of collagen and elastin. It rejuvenates the body’s cells and prolongs their life cycle.

Aloe has soothing properties; the vitamins and minerals (in particular manganese, copper and selenium) contained in aloe juice are powerful antioxidants. Flax seeds offer a number of benefits and properties. They are notoriously rich in plant extracts of Omega 3, fatty acids that perform various functions, in particular moisturizing and restoring elasticity to hair, strengthening it, acting on the shaft and thus preventing breakage. They are characterized by a good content of Vitamin E which is also useful for retarding the growth of white hair. In addition, flax seeds are able to balance the PH, a characteristic also acting for hair growth; by regulating the production of sebum, they are able to soothe the inflamed scalp by treating eczema and are also excellent for treating dandruff. Inestimable source of essential fatty acids or Omega 3, they allow to nourish hair and hair follicle.

The natural chamomile extract has exceptional dermatological properties thanks to its emollient, soothing and antimicrobial action. In addition to being used to treat inflammation and irritation of the skin, its protective properties against the harmful effects of solar radiation and its effective antioxidant effects are wellknown. In particular, the flavonoids of chamomile are not limited to acting at the level of skin surface but penetrate deeply working in synergy with the chamazulene present in the phytocomplex of the plant: the combined activity stimulates the microcirculation of the skin and the activity of the fibroblasts, naturally favoring the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastic fibers present in our dermis.

CREAMS Beauty

Within their composition they have a lower concentration of active oxygen than gels. They are suitable for continuous treatments and their effect is more visually perceived on the skin in a shorter time than those of gels, suitable for specific treatments, which act deeper and whose effects are perceived over a longer period of time. Inside creams the transmissive activity of Oxygen-Ozone prevails being a true natural carrier of other active principles.

AIRLESS TECHNOLOGY AIRLESS PUMP It creates a hollow effect; by extracting the air it takes the content with it.

All products of the Oxygen Revolution line are packaged in bottles with airless technology. This system consists of a mechanical pump and a container sealed by a piston that allows the product to be extracted through an air vacuum system.
