Register Now for Spring Community Arts Education Classes Spring Semester Begins Januar y 19 Choose from adult classes in painting, drawing, photography, digital photography, pottery, jewelry/metal arts, and printmaking/book arts. Kids ages 4 to 12 can choose from classes in drawing, painting and clay and sculpture. Classes for teens include drawing/painting, jewelry and portfolio development.

Science is Fun When Taught by Jugglers For Kids and Families Art Alive Special Friday, Januar y 2 • 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

irtuoso jugglers Dan Foley and Joel Harris provide an unforgettable introduction to science while juggling everything from baseball bats to potted plants as The Amazing Nano Brothers Juggling Show will headline a special Art Alive: Winter Break edition of the For Kids and Families series 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Friday, January 2 in the Museum of Art Auditorium. The performance delivers extraordinary visualizations created through juggling, lighting, and large-scale metaphors, and entertains family audiences through character acting, jokes with various levels of sophistication, stunts, and kid volunteer opportunities. Who knew physics could be this fun? Audience participation is invited, but not required. Admission to this performance is $8 for MWPAI Members and $10 for General admission. Flexible subscriptions are also available. Tickets may be purchased in advance or one hour prior to the performance time at the MWPAI Performing Arts Ticket Office, 797-0055 or 800-754-0797.
