SUMMARY I am an Architecture student doing my UG at C.A.R.E. School of Architecture. I picked up my father’s camera when I was in 9th grade and have never stopped taking photos or stop documenting ever since then.

I am a quick study and a person who always works on his craft to find the perfect output. I am always open my- mind to new things and will try to know as much as possible. I always believe to be always prepared than preparing before when it’s needed.

Vvery few get a chance to document the house they build, we built our house completely with lime with zero concrete and cement used in our house. the intent was to make its as much sustainable as one can from using reclaimed wood to using windows and doors from old houses. Not a single tree was cut down to build this house or for the house. The whole house run in solar energy and there is no air conditioning required. I have a oppurtunity to document this structure my whole life and witness the changes as years progress on.

Automobiles and Architecture have a lot in common, from design concepts to, how it’s intended to perform and how much comfortable a user needs to get and who the product (both architecture and automobile) is for. Both are fun to document from the details to the overall appearance as both undergoes the fundamental way of documentation.

Events are an everchanging situation in which the person who documents the whole event must know the priorities of what to document and what not to. As a photographer, one must train to make crucial decisions that have to be taken to bring out the best possible moments.

In CARE, we have a tradition of celebrating our culture and heritage where the faculties and students were ethnic clothes and the whole evening students and faculties showcase their contribution through singing dancing and relishing traditional foods. It’s one time of the year where we all are eager to participate and an event where the faculties and the students can work closely together.

To function properly one has to stay fit and some do it for passion and some do it to maintain a healthy life. Doing these shoots helped to learn about using Speedlite and bouncers and also how to pose the model to get the best out of a shoot.

In the process of documenting architecture and studio works, we often stop considering the details due to lack of time to document or too hard to draw out the intricate details of a building facade or a sculpture. Photogrammetry helps us to build a 3d model of the structure we are working on and helps us to generate plans and sections where ever we are required to analyze the grammar of the space.`
