Charles P. H o w a r d (UN and Foreign Correspondent)

UNITED NATIONS, N.Y.— The d e a d l y hypocrisy of U n i t e d States foreign policy, already exposed i n the V i e t Nam war — crying "Peace! P e a c e ! " while, at the same t i m e , the bombs continue to m a i m and k i l l — has been found and unveiled i n the Afr i c a n cocoa m a r k e t place. A M E R I C A ' S public official expressions of " c o n c e r n for bettering the lot of mank i n d everywhere" w a s repudiated by U.S. actions i n discussions h e r e on a cocoa price agreement. As a consequence, black M r . H o w a r d A f r i c a stands to lose tens of millions of dollars i n countries where the average i n c o m e i s l e s s t h a n $100 a n nually. The dirty U.S. economic wash was hung out on the General Assembly line when U.S. Representative James Roosevelt objected to an amendment tabled by Ghana to t h e r e p o r t of t h e Second Committee. The amendment would have the General Ass e m b l y c a l l on the cocoaproducing countries to exert stronger efforts to reach a n agreement on a floor price for cocoa beans. This is the only h i t c h now to effecting a w o r l d w i d e

T H E W O R L D A W A I T S Heavyweight champion Muhammad A l i ' ; coming title defense against the World Boxing Association's prize student, Ernie Terrell. It is expected that

It is mow established tradition that prior to each key fight, Muhammad Ali, world heavyweight boxing champion, foretells the outcome through original verse ami rhyme. Before his fisticuff sessions with Sonny Liston and Floyd Patterson, the young Muslim champion of the world dashed off rhymes in which lie sagaciously predicted his victories, along with the round of their occurrence. Before his encounter February 6 with Ernie Terrell in Houston's Astrodome, MUHAMMAD SPEAKS keeps the Muhammad Ali tradition vigorously alive with the following exclusive features.

Requiem for a Heavyweight By Muhammad Ali (World Heavyweight Boxing Champion)

W h e n I enter the ring with Ernie Terrell, H e ' l l be in trouble from the sound of the bell. T e r r e l l thinks he's a championship f i g h t e r — But when he meets me, he'll feel 20 pounds lighter. He may enter the ring looking clean and neat, But if he's not cool, he'll go out by Jus seat. He runs around calling himself "the real heavyweight champ," But when he fights me, he'll look like a tramp. M

I'm not saying this, just to be f u n n y — But I'm fighting E r n i e only because he needs the money; H e really wants the fight just to make a little bread, But the catch is, I'm going to whip his head. / don't want to be a drag; I'm not here to brag; But it's Terrell's jaw that I'm out to tag. He says he wants to stand, toe-to-toe And trade me blow-for-blow; That sounds real promising, and if that's a fact, How can he stand when he'll be on his bapk? So if you come to the fight and if you are a bit late, B e cool, don't r u n — I guarantee to let this fight last over one; A n d after the fight's over, Terrell will know he was in a scuffle — B u t he could not master the A l i Shuffle!

Champion Ali, the world's most efficient and popular champion, will indeed teach student Terrell lessons that he hasn't even learned yet.
