Project Description:

The project contains commercial and entertainment buildings as well as the landscaped area with Actvites such as multiple play area, children’s play area and outdoor stage.

The project is a public park located in Muscat - Oman.

More attractive visual character

• Planting specific numbers of specific colored trees.

• Family areas to enjoy the experience, thermally comfortable all year round, enjoy privacy, clearly see their children while playing.

Outdoor thermal comfort

• Muscat has a hot and humid climate with long, hot summers and warm winters. So in order to design thermally comfortable outdoor spaces we need.

Value Added:

-All materials used for the construction and construction of the project will be requested from local Omani companies

-A certain percentage of the rental space will be allocated for small and medium enterprises.

-Landscaping and afforestation used in the park will create an attraction for residents to practice walking and create a healthy lifestyle.

-The project will add a new destination and outlet for entertainment for citizens and residents, and reduce overcrowding within other entertainment venues in the area. I-ncreasing green spaces in the area. The project will contribute to providing indirect job opportunities for Omani youth.
