Ever since forming in early 2023, we have been on a mission to provide exceptional temporary Early Years Educators to nurseries in and around the York and Leeds areas.

Rebecca Deo, Sales Manager

Hi, I'm Rebecca! My role is to introduce you to Spring, gain an understanding of how we can best support you, and bring you on board. I spend my days speaking with nursery managers and owners across Yorkshire, and have three youngsters at home. I understand the challenges nurseries face, and I’m perfectly positioned to help you find the cover you need for your nursery.

Hi, I'm Victoria! I am the face behind the screen at Spring, dealing with rotas, availability, and any day to day queries you may have. I also handle recruitment and compliance, interviewing every candidate as if they were responsible for looking after my own daughter, so I can guarantee my full trust in every practitioner we provide. I understand how stressful balancing staffing can be, and I’m available at any time if you want to pick up the phone to have a chat.

How we help reduce your costs With limited overheads in Spring, we offer very competitive hourly bill rates to our clients, yet still pay some of the highest pay rates in the York and Leeds area to our carefully selected Early Years Educators.

Full Day (8am - 6pm) £19.75 + VAT per hour Hourly Rate £21.75 + VAT

How we work with you Our aim is keep things a simple as possible for you as a nursery leader, whilst also ensuring we can consistently deliver on our promise. To do this, we follow an easy three step process:

You let us know your requirements

We confirm your booking

You let us know how it went

You let our team know via email your requirements as soon as possible, and by 3pm the day before the requested shift.

We confirm your bookings within 24 hours of receiving your request, sending through an info sheet of the team member(s) you should be expecting.

Once our team have completed their shift, we will call you for feedback, to ensure we are meeting your needs and delivering the cover we pride ourselves on.
