Commercial Concept

The company was started by Vusa Joseph in respnse to having seen an opportunity that existed to provide engineering services to the mining sector initially in Francistown and Letlhakane/ Orapa areas. This was mainly to provide plant hire and mechanical engineering services.

Target Market

The Target for the company’s services is mainly the mining and general construction sectors.This is areas where there is general need for heavy earth moving equipment and associated services. However as of now mining activities have dominated the demand for the company’s services and the following have at some point or other sent enquiries:

• Debswana Diamond Mining Company

• Khoemacau Mining Company

• Trollope (Subcontracted to Lucara Botswana)

• Concor (Subcontracted to Khoemacau)

The company has built the capacity to provide all these services to all these companies as and when the need.
