COMPANY SUMMARY J-M-G CIVIL ENGINEERING (PTY) LTD is a growing firm which is managed on fulltime by MR. JONAS GOPOLANG. He oversees the daily operations of the company in administration, marketing, operations and finance. JONAS brings to the company a large experience in the infrastructure and Roads building industry having worked for various companies in different positions.

OPERATION/SERVICE PROCESS

Our service has a concept of openness which enables

OPERATIONS the customer to understand the entire services being provided from the examining, servicing up to completion. We have all along maintained a high level of operational standard, professionalism and safe environment.

JOB CARDS The customers indicate the services needed and request for a quote. The Operations Manager evaluate and assess the customer’s needs and give a quotation. Once the customer agrees to our quotation, an award letter is given to us indicating the terms and conditions of the job awarded.

OPERATIONAL SECTION. Once the job contract has been signed the Operations Manager allocate the available resources for a specific job and ensures that enough personnel has been allocated to finish the work.

CLAIMS SECTION After the completion of the work, or monthly intervals as per each project, the quantity surveyor or Measurement Engineer prepares an invoice or interim payment certificate indicating valuation of the performed tasks. This is then forwarded to the client or main contractor for payment as per the contract agreement.
