She attended St. Cecilia Catholic School and St. John’s School, and received a bachelor’s degree in geology from Southern Methodist University. Missy earned a master’s degree from the University of Houston. She works as a volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and serves as a Eucharistic Minister and Lector at St. Cecilia Catholic Church.

A resident of Briargrove Park, Missy is an active community volunteer and also volunteers at her alma mater where her son is a student. A world-traveler who has lived in Los Angeles, New York, Rome, and Paris, Missy is very happy to call Houston home.
