During this time she volunteered for her children’s schools and raised her family. With a great network of friends and family in the area, Jean decided to pursue her passion for real estate when it came to returning to the work force. Known for her positive attitude, attention to detail, integrity and responsive nature, her close friend, Katherine Stewart, told her she’d be great in residential real estate. Jean is committed to her clients and her priority is to serve. It’s a natural trait for her to give and something she does every day. Jean went through the Macy’s executive training program. After starting with Macy’s in Houston, she then became a Senior Executive in New York before leaving to start a family. After her children started school, Jean became involved in not only both of her children’s schools but also the school district. She was president of her children’s elementary school’s PTA, a member of the Campus Improvement and District Improvement Teams for SBISD, awarded the PTA Life Membership Award and received the Elementary School Newsletter Editor of the Year Award for four years.
